Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palatine Township

I went here with my friend for dinner before a church event and not only was the food delicious, but we had exceptional customer service! As we were leaving and cleaning up our table, my exhausted friend accidentally threw her car keys in the trash 😭. We were both kind of freaking out and scrambling through the trash like some crazy people when two employees who were sitting out in the dining area (either on their lunch or having some kind of meeting) saw us. We explained what happened and they said that this actually happens all the time which made my friend feel better about herself 😅😂. Then the female employee told us to hold on one minute and she came back with latex gloves and a second (empty) trash can. She then took out the trash can that had my friend's keys in it, lifted it up and held it above the empty one while we put on the gloves and sorted through the trash. Of course, the keys were at the very bottom of the trash can, but we did find them thanks to the help of this very kind and caring employee! It was such a huge relief and they were both so kind and sympathetic to us that it just made everything better. I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in years, but this was a great place. They helped us immensely and went way out of their way to help us. Such great customer...

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Today me and my family went to this Taco Bell location and we ordered 6 chicken chalupas. When I was looking at the screen, I saw that it had said “2 chalupas” so i tried to clarify by saying “it’s 6 chalupas” And she said yes but still ended up giving me 2. receipt was never given until we asked for it ,second the person at the register was very rude and disrespectful we asked for sour cream in our chalupas and they forgot to add it on so when I call to let them know that they forgot to add the sour cream the same person answered she even told me that she remembered making that order and that she did put the sour cream and started SCREAMING AND FIGHTING with me over the phone ,i asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager and that she didn’t care about what I was going to do I only asked for a simple thing that I was paying for I don’t understand why she was making a big deal all this rudeness was so unnecessary!!!! I was very upset she shouldn’t be a manager please if any of her supervisors see this please do something she was African American wearing green color eye contacts she shouldn’t be treating costumers like this definitely not goin back to this...

Hey, this is my first experience of Taco Bell, today around 4:20pm I went to the Taco Bell from drive thru and I asked for the potato taco with some sauce and she asked me which potato taco you want we have 2type so, as I don’t know the exact name of the food I told her just gave me regular potato taco and she gave me the cheesy fiesta potatoes which I don’t want but it’s ok bcz here is my mistake that I don’t know the exact name of the food after that she charged me and I went from there when I came home I saw that’s not the food which I want then I went back to the Taco Bell and told her that I wants the different potato taco she told me to pull up to the window and in very rude way she told me to exchange the bags and gave me the another taco which I want but she didn’t put the sauces which I asked for and I was worried to ask her about the prices but she just closed the window in a anger face I felt so bad that they are not polite with customer that to it’s my first experience I went there and I don’t know the exact name of the food besides of explaining me she just showed me a anger face with a rude behavior Note: Maria J please be polite with customers and give them a...
