Subway — Restaurant in Palatine Township

Worst Subway I have ever been too. I ordered my sandwich through the app and got the all pro sweet chicken teriyaki. I was at the subway already and placed the order online. The sandwich is supposed to come with 2x cheese on it and l saw that she only put 1x cheese on the sandwich. I told her why you only put one layer off cheese on it and the lady was like you want extra cheese you need to pay more money. The sandwich is the All-Pro Sweet chicken Teriyaki it’s supposed to come with double cheese. She didn’t want to do it, looking like she didn’t understand. That whole time she had an attitude. When you place an order here don’t expect it to come with everything you put on the sandwich. Because if you’re not here to watch them make the sandwich they will had the amount of portion they want and how much you put in your order. Worst subway I have ever...

I spent $14 on a sandwhich JUST THE SANDWHICH and when i get home to eat it a couple of hours later im throwing up badly. I have been frustrated all morning and Tried talking to an employee today and refused to give me a refund. Would like to get in contact with a manager. It's like she never have a solution for a problem and make you feel like you are bothering and interrupting a break cause she never seems to be doing nothing but have an attitude and ruin your appetite.
