I stopped by Baby Blues Bakery today at 111 S. 10th Street after seeing it recommended in this group—thank you! The sweetest couple runs the bakery and offers a wide variety of homemade baked goods, including ham and cheese quiche, banana pudding cupcakes, strawberry-filled cupcakes, key lime cheesecakes, chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache, chocolate peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate ganache, cream puffs, fudge, doughnuts, cookies, and more. They also sell whole pies and cakes, including Black Forest cheesecake, key lime pie, peanut butter pie, Dutch apple pie, and Oreo pie.

In addition to sweets, they offer fresh breads like rye, garlic parmesan, white, whole wheat, mozzarella cheese bombs, lemon blueberry pound cake, lemon cranberry pound cake, and banana nut bread. Plus, she makes custom cakes, too!

We ask for a difficult aquarium specialty cake and it turned out absolutely perfect for my little grandson's 2nd birthday. Not only an absolutely beautiful double tier cake, but both the yellow and chocolate layers were super moist and tasted wonderful. Also, try the lemon cranberry pound cake or the banana nut. Moist and delicious. Service was excellent and since I traveled with the cake to Tampa, they boxed it (double tier) and even checked later via text to make sure it made it to Tampa ok.
