Pizza Boyz — Restaurant in Palatka

The previous owners ran a tight ship with great food and fantastic service. Now, it is simply mediocre—the servers are in desperate need of training, the food is par at best, and the wait time is horrible. We’ve given them a few times to correct, so this isn’t a one-off issue.

…In response to the tactless response from the owner below:

1. I would absolutely expect one who desires to simply receive a buck to “wholeheartedly disagree.” After all, agreeing would admit to the need for improvement. Truthfully, however, admitting to faults and striving to improve them would show effort and perhaps encourage staff to do whatever possible to bring more business in. You’re only hurting yourself with that attitude.

2. Your staff—I doubt you even know specifically which staff I am referring to because I’ve never spoken out to complain before—did not work hard, unless hard work is measured differently these days. She visited us three times: once to greet and get a drink order, a second time to bring food (after almost an hour wait after ordering), and a third time to bring the bill (at which time I requested a refill, not once receiving one previously).

3. Your kitchen staff “work[ed] extremely hard to deliver [our] food as quickly as possible?” For real? Seriously? We got there slightly before you opened and were one of your first guests for the day. I get it, maybe the ovens and the fryers needed almost an hour to fire/heat up.

4. We NEVER told our server we would wait a while to order our food. This so-called owner I don’t know or have never even met. I’d in fact love to meet this owner to see the face of a business owner with poor business practices.

While the recipes may have not change, many other factors have that is leading to subpar service and food. I don’t figure you’d understand or actually take these comments as corrective criticism nonetheless, as you should if you cared about more...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Boyz, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This place has set a new standard for pizza restaurants with its excellent service, fantastic food, and a cool theme that creates a memorable atmosphere.

Upon entering Pizza Boyz, I was immediately impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. They greeted me with warm smiles and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. The service was prompt and efficient, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.

Now, let's talk about the food! The pizza at Pizza Boyz is out of this world. From the first bite to the last, I could taste the freshness of the ingredients, dough, and that delectable sauce that blended harmoniously together. The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside, and delightfully soft on the inside. Each slice was generously topped with the finest ingredients, and you could tell they spared no expense regarding quality.

It had been a long time since I last had pizza that tasted this good. I couldn't help but savor every mouthwatering bite. The combination of fresh ingredients, skillfully crafted dough, and tantalizing sauce left me craving more after finishing my meal.

All in all, I can confidently say that Pizza Boyz is an exceptional pizza restaurant. The excellent service, fantastic food with a cool theme, and the commitment to using only the freshest ingredients make it stand out. My family and I went and ate dinner here this evening and the service was AWFUL! this is not the first time we've eaten here but we usually go early in the afternoon for lunch and the service is AMAZING!!! there's one waitress and she makes sure her customers are well taken care of. however there were two waitresses there and our visit was horrible. she left us there for at least 15 minutes with empty glasses while she walked around talking bad to her coworker about other employees. all the while taking pictures. we finally got her to get us refills but she decided to just lay them on the counter for a good 5 minutes while she continued to bad mouth the day shift server (who is AMAZING by the way) she's always running around making sure her customers are taken care of. I believe the night shift waitresses names were Brittany and the other was Danielle. our waitress never came and checked on us until it was time for us to leave. the food, (once we got it) was good but that's the only thing we can say was good this visit. we will never eat dinner there again as long as these two girls are working. they were very unprofessional and lazy. If we ever go back it will be for lunch when the good waitress works. OH, NOT TO MENTION WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE WHOLE RESTAURANT...
