Recently, we had the pleasure of having Cattlemen BBQ cater our vow renewal ceremony, and I must say, they exceeded all our expectations! From the very first interaction, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in making our event special. The variety and quality of BBQ meat they provided was nothing short of amazing. There food was a huge hit with our guests, who couldn't stop praising the flavors. The meats were tender and perfectly smoked, while the sides were a delightful complement to the main courses. Didn't realize that I would find a GREAT BBQ place while waiting for my mom's car to be serviced, but I am glad I did and would return even without a service appointment! I ordered the Cattlemen cheese fries with pork and was recommended to top it with ranch, the tangy gold bbq sauce, and chives. It was a very generous portion, stoked to have leftovers for the air-fryer! All of the flavors were incredibly savory and the fries were seasoned perfectly. And I don't know what they do to perfect their sauce, but it turned the limited sauce believer that I am into more of a believer, the sauce was the perfect amount of tangy and sweet! The pork was tender and flavorful, a great addition to cheese fries. Will definitely be back for the bbq sooner rather than later, reasonable pricing given the rise in cost of most things currently. Mike and his brother at Cattleman's bbq HOOKED US UP! The food at our sons birthday party didn't even last long enough to take a proper picture 😂 Everybody was picking into the pans because it smelled SOOO good!! We were raving about how good everything was. The pork and chicken were so tender, and the home-made sides are to die for! I highly recommend for any events (I had friends asking who catered, so they could use them for their wedding 😂)or even just for lunch!
