This place is literally ran unprofessionally an can be very nasty I called two night in a row my food was right the first time , but the second time when my food was brought to my house I immediately noticed it was wrong I called an spoke with a manger bye the name of Katie, she was very nasty seem to me she was under a lot of pressure an some how just hates her job. She began to tell me how I said I wanted my order before I could even talk … which was confusing & then I told her u must be got me confused I share a shared line that might be it ..lol this lady was screaming saying ms jones you do this all the time keep in mind I haven’t order from these people since like last month . An that was it fast forward i order today an u say I do this all the time , well if she knew me wouldn’t my order have been right in some sort of way she would at-lease know that right? & besides I would never eat ranch like dat nasty looking an splashed like that . Yuck I called the store back after she hung up the phone twice even coaches the employee to hang the phone up because I was asking for her name an Corpert’s number , Katie explained it was on the receipt I explained to her I never got a receipt… is it because I’m black she might of thought I was someone else ? So we all sound alike no Katie we don’t …. Yikes this is really disgusting. I couldn’t even enjoy my food to know a angry white woman had made it …. The unprofessionalism is shocking it’s like if you don’t like your job don’t come , the policy states you can return anything u are not happy with for full refund. But in my case I just wanted my order corrected & I was talked to an treated poorly, as a customer as a human being . she hates blacks I guess . she also stated to she would have the company to block my number which was fine because I barely order , but to say you would have me band speaks volumes, like who are you stay away from this place...
Read moreThey didn't even cut our pizza, everytime I call I have to get them to send me to the right location after I tell them the order so the I have to recite the whole order AGAIN smh. For some reason it is always me having the problem because awhile ago we ordered pizza they hung up on me so I call back and ordered again and they send the pizza we ordered from the first call (when they hung up before I even gave them the address) AND the second one so we had to send one back and still had to pay 40$ for it! And we have this slice the price card, right? They didn't even let me use it.(do y'all know how hard it is to feed five kids right? + Two adults!?) But let me clear something up real quick the driver's are ELITE. They are so kind and have great customer service!
So it's oct 17 and I tried to order pizza yesterday and the day before I had my slice the price card so I had to ask them to transfer me to the actual Reid st Domino's, she said ok and transfers me After waiting on hold for like 10 minutes I was talking to the same person I mentioned my card and she said she would transfer me again, Then I was speaking to her for a third time She realizes that it was me (because she asked for my name) and tries to transfer me again but for some reason the connection was terminated So I had to do all of the above again So after 20 minutes I finally got in touch with this Domino's The same thing happened the next day as well (Except the phone hanging up part) And the middle of our pizzas were mushy and nasty (I don't have...
Read moreOnly one star because I can't give 0, but I just received my food via delivery since I order online and everything was cold, the driver arrived at my house at 12:06am as he stumbled out of his car and appeared to have been under the influence and he forgot the soda that came with my order need I remind you they all close at midnight he informed me he would have to go back to the store to get it so I tried calling the store to inform them and 12:08 that he would be coming to get a soda since he had forgotten it I wanted to make sure I would still be able to receive my soda due to them being close once an employee answered at 12:12 they said thanks for choosing dominoes we're closed and hung up the phone before I could even inform them of the situation I knew they were closed and I didn't want to order I just wanted to resolve the issue finally after constantly calling someone a woman answered at 12:14 and she was polite but she had to remind the driver to bring our drink due to him forgetting once he arrived back at the store now what if she didn't answer the phone then I would have not received the drink and no one would believe me if I would have called back in the morning and yet they weren't concerned at all about the pizza and wings all being cold just that they were closed and they weren't doing any more orders.
