I arrived at the drive thru at approximately 8:10-8:15, the place looks like it was closed so I drove up to see, the only thing that had any lights was the marque showing the food offers. A sign on the intercom says no macaroni and cheese bowls and no tenders for the bowls either. Then a female comes over the intercom stating we only have crispy chicken do you still want to order? We asked if there were any sides available and she said what we said are there any sides available and that continued for two more questions of the same exact question ⁉️❓❓ so we ordered and pulled to the drive-through where we waited no conversation from the customer service girl who took our order she handed us our bag no thank you no have a good night no nothing we pull forward just a hair because we saw another car behind us open up the boxes what we ordered was one box was short a piece of chicken but the entire meal was greasy very greasy the mashed potatoes barely had any gravy on it and the biscuits were so overcooked you could have played hockey puck with them never before have I had such horrible service at this KFC it was as if it was in there being ran by teenagers there was no one of age to look at when you walked back into let them know that you were missing a piece of chicken. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the horrible customer service I received at this KFC location. What should have been a simple transaction turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful encounter—due entirely to the store manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior.
From the moment I walked in, the energy was cold and dismissive. I was met with an attitude that bordered on outright hostility, and when I calmly attempted to clarify an issue with my order, the manager responded with sarcasm, eye-rolling, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Instead of offering any form of helpful service, they escalated the situation with tone and attitude that was completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership role.
It is appalling that someone so lacking in people skills and professionalism is tasked with representing a national brand like KFC. Everyone has bad days, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect—especially not from the person supposed to set the standard for the rest of the staff.
KFC, do better. Your customers deserve respect, clear communication, and basic human decency—not to be treated like a burden for simply expecting their order to be correct.

Read moreThis visit was CLOSE to breaking the camel's back. The hours are posted to be 10a-10p. When I pulled into the drive thru at 730p, I was told they had run out of food, and it was too late to prepare more. REALLY? Two and a half hours, when I looked in the drive thru window, the kitchen was clean. This KFC needs to be torn down, and a REAL RESTURANT needs to be built. On the plus, the manager gave me a note for a free family meal, BUT when my wife tried to pick it up the manager wasn't there. So, the crew wouldn't honor the note.
This KFC needs to be completely reworked. A very few of the workers there are polite, but most are snotty. Last night, I ordered extra crispy, told it had just come out of the fryer, but when I got home it was orginal. A HUGE LET DOWN! I could continue, but this is typical.
