I normally love going in jewelry stores, however when my fiancee walk up to the register to make quite a big purchase, over a thousands of dollars just because someone is covered in tattoos DOESN'T MEAN THEY CANT PAY. How inconsiderate that I'm helping my mother in law who can barley walk and we were already in the store and the cashier literally tries to sell him something else and says verbatim you may not want this because I don't think u can afford the one you are looking at. And while standing in line as she was supposed to be ringing up the purchase literally ignores what she is doing an goes an helps another customer an his mom am him were waiting for over 10 minutes so they walked out. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with jewelry store. I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD CURRENTLY AND HAVE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AN I HAVE NOT ONE BAD MARK ON MY FILE A A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AN I MAKE A DECENT LIVING SO DOES MY OL MAN. I visited Treasure Fine Jewelers two days ago, Dec 7th. I was gonna go to Walmart to find a necklace, but decided nearly last minute to try a jewelry store first, so I walked in probably wearing the worst attire for a trip to a very nice jewelry store: paint stained, torn up hems sweatpants and a brown Timberland coat that has definitely seen better days... I was preparing for the worst judgment, but they actually were the complete opposite! They all greeted me immediately and one of the ladies came right over to help me, all smiles. I told her my budget and what my mom wanted; she was very attentive and understanding. As she was looking for the right pendant, another lady came by and helped me get a perfect necklace for my mom, one that she wouldn't be disappointed in! They both truly went above and beyond to stay within my budget and gave me a wonderful deal, so I could afford to give my mom a beautiful Christmas gift. I wanted to give them tips for being so gracious, but I only had $5 in my wallet at the time. I will definitely be doing business with them again, and I'll make sure to show up in better attire...
