People were very nice. Place was clean. If you are looking for Asian food, this probably isn't the place. The actual Asian food selection is very sparse. This is really more of a casual seafood place. Their seafood restaurant on the other side of town does well, so if you like seafood, you might want to try it. My daughter normally loves crab rangoons, but she really didn't like these at all. They we're kind enough to take them off our ticket, even though we didn't ask. My egg roll was ok, but just ok. It was also more of a fried spring roll than an egg roll. We ordered the chicken lo mein to split. Again...just ok. It was very saucy, and the noodles were thick. (More like soba noodles than what you typically get from other Asian establishments.) They were generous with the veggies and chicken. I couldn't eat this with chopsticks because the noodles were too slippery with sauce. That was a first for me. LOL Since we don't like seafood, we won't be back. I wish them luck...
Read moreBE SURE TO READ THE MENU CARFULLY!! Ordered fried calamari was over cooked.. Was like chewing on a rubber band.. Sent it back. Ordered the shrimp roll... Was not what I thought it was... I wanted the shrimp fresh spring roll. Server wouldn't let me send it back. So I ordered the right thing and it was great. Was going to order an entrée but after the spring roll issue decided against it because of the servers attitude. Husband and parents enjoyed what they ordered... So that's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The atmosphere sux badly. Very uncomfortable and you feel like you are being scrutinized by the surrounding staff. Making it hard to enjoy your meal. BTW most everything is frozen and not fresh. But little joints like this most everything is. BE SURE TO READ THE MENU Carefully. The...
Read moreSometimes you just know when the food you're eating has been made by people who really care about the food they are making. This is one of those times... Had the boudin balls, I tend to like mine a bit more on the "funky" side but these were still delicious with an excellent more mild flavor and amazing texture. The lo mein noodles tasted home made with a nice silky garlic foreword sauce and the veggies were fresh and tender without being soggy. What REALLY stood out to me was the special rice noodle soup. A pho like broth with all kinds of good stuff swimming in it. Sooooo good. Food made with...
