From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the delightful aroma of pho. The restaurant’s atmosphere and interior beautifully blend modern and wooden elements, creating a warm and homely vibe.
The side dishes—kimchi and tofu—were incredibly flavorful. We also tried the dumplings, which were perfectly crispy and left us craving more. Of course, we had to try the classic pho and spicy pork over rice, and both were absolutely delicious, with generous portions, especially the meat.
Not all Asian fusion spots hit the mark, but this blend of Korean and Vietnamese cuisine is definitely a must-visit in Palisades Park. I’ll be coming...

Foods are good, but not for five star. Portion is very generous. Prices are OK. Pho noodle was over cooked when I visited. Kimchi and hot oil with Pho was definitely different in a good way.
There is a credit card fee, if CC is used to pay.
It seems they soak out the blood before cooking the meat broth for Pho. So, comparing to usual Vietnamese OG pho, it has clean and well-defined flavor, which was outstanding.
Men's room was kind of shocking... : ) I think they need to fix...
