I ordered a pizza by phone, talked to an automated system that pushes crap I don't want to buy, doesn't give you choice of crust, and when I'm done ordering a compromise, it says pick up in 10-12 minutes. I get there and a stumpy lazy dizzy headed girl who was shouted at three times by what I assume was a manager to wait on me as I stood there, she confused me with another customer who orders an entirely different pizza. Then she started to put a pizza through as a new order, and I said I'm not waiting here 10 minutes for you to cook it, you never asked, did you make my pizzza or not? She acts like I never explained a damn thing, because she doesn't listen, and asked if I ordered online. I said no, I called, talked to an automated system that took my order BY PHONE. She FINALLY said they never made it because they took a big order before mine. Nothing was on the rack for pick up, she's not "customer service" oriented. I walked out, never going back to this place. They can't hire r train people and if you have to yell three times for them to acknowledge a walk in customer, that's kind of a red flag you hired the wrong ditz. Clearly Domino's they can't hire people to talk to customers who order pizza, they need AI to do it, and they still can't get it right. The Bizzarro's joint across the street is an excellent...

I ordered a pizza at 11:45... at 12:45 the tracker said "Richie" quality checked it, but it was never sent for delivery.. at 1:35 I called because it still didn't show that it was out for delivery... "Richie" answered the phone, was extremely rude and told me that the pizza was on its way... I told him to cancel the order and he hung up on me. I called back immediately and"Richie" answered again.. I very politely said, "Excuse me, I was on the phone just a moment ago and I believe you hung up on me"... He said... "what, I can't hear you?" and hung up again. I called back and after quite a few rings, the phone was answered again. It was "Richie".. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me that he was the manager. I said, "I am struggling to believe you are the manager if you treat your customers that way, and hang up on them because of a valid complaint." He said, "I am so sorry sir, I got busy and I guess I hung up...." Um, really? Don't waste your time with the bad service here, there are much better places around. Once I told him I was calling corporate after he insisted he was the General Manager, he became very apologetic, so who knows if this actually was the manager. Either way, obviously the employees are too immature and unprofessional at this...
Read moreThis is the WORST Domino's I have ever dealt with! I ordered a pizza online for pick up.. When I got it home I was a little taken back by how OFF the pizza looked. The crust was extremely thin, I knew I hadn't ordered thin crust, and the amount of GREASE caked on the box and pizza would make anyones appetite go away. I called and they told me the reason it looked like this was because they had ran out of size L crust, as well as mozzarella cheese. So instead they told me they HAD to use a size M crust, roll it out and use provolone cheese & that their night has been extremely stressful. Well thats understandable, but what i don't understand is why I wasn't told that they had run out of these items? They just automatically assumed I'd be okay with their way of customizing my pizza.Waste of time, money and brain cells. Ill be ordering Papa Johns now 2 hours after I started this lovely order...
