Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palm Bay

So I really hesitated to leave any type of negative review at all, but at this point I am just frustrated. I order from this Pizza Hut quite regularly, 2 or 3 times a month and often more. It is generally really good too, that is why my family and I continue to order from here. However, the past several times they cannot seem to get this one thing correct. I order the same thing literally every time and it was fine for a long time but has been wrong the last 4 or 5 times in a row. I order a pizza with BBQ sauce and toppings and there is never any BBQ sauce on the pizza. Maybe there is a very, very small amount but you can neither see nor taste it. A few weeks ago my husband called about this, the pizza was remade, and the 2nd pizza was perfect. So someone in there knows how to make the pizza but they must not work very often. I tried ordering a BBQ pizza today and it was sauceless again. And yes, I always tip and I'm always ordering carryout too, not delivery. My husband offered to call today too, but I figured that wasn't a great idea. I am not going to call a place twice to complain about the same thing. Plus it's my fault for continuing to order it when they obviously aren't going to make it correctly. I just wanted to leave this review to advise that if you choose BBQ sauce for your pizza you MUST check it before you leave, or choose something else (probably your best option).

This was a tough one for me. The restaurant itself is just takeout and the staff were friendly and order was correct. The Pan Pizza Pepperoni Lovers was great and so I give five stars because it isn’t the fault of this local franchise but, the Big New Yorker pizza was absolutely terrible. I’m not from NY and I’m actually a fan of Chicago or Detroit style over NY, but I’ve had enough NY style pizzas and this was absolutely the worst - center crust was chewy, sauce was too sweet and overwhelming, and the outer crust too thick. Still have 5 slices in the fridge (I guess to feed ducks) and the Pan pizza was gone right away. Stick with what you do well - people like the thin and crispy and the pan. The hand tossed (although I didn’t order this time and don’t because it sucks too) is another reason people stopped going to Pizza Huts …. that crap (and chicken bbq and veggie pan BS pizzas) is what they were all putting on the buffets to keep people from making return trips up for more. This is unbelievable today jun 14 2024 at 9:03pm I call this particular store,me and my brother had order a family dinner box that order got cancel we out notifying us soo we choose to call the store they said they had call us which they didn’t and said that they didn’t had nothing to make the pizza that’s why they canceled , we was waiting for almost 2 hours, 5 minutes later I choose to call to make a pick up order same order that my brother order they first said they didn’t have things to make pizza but they didn’t have wings bc the option they gave me was the same order but with chocolate cookies im allergic to chocolate I can’t eat chocolate soo they told me they had it after but then 30 seconds later he hang up the phone in my face unbelievable that’s what we have to go through to eat fk Pizza and I saw y’all REVIEW I’m not the only one is crazy that corporate hasn’t done anything 0 stars hate this place form now on and yes I take it personal 2 hours...
