I am a new resident here at Parasol Melbourne and the staff here is remarkable. Starting with Ms. Haley in the Leasing Office who was so welcoming and very knowledgeable about all things concerning our new move to a 55 plus community, not only did she keep me posted at every step of the way during our transition but she assured me that all things would work out and fall in place the closer we got to our move and guess what? She was right! Ms. Dina in the Property Management Department was instrumental in making sure that the technical part of our transition was smooth and easy, one day even though she was extremely busy she stepped away from what she was doing to allow my Husband & me to view a model unit and take measurements to make sure that our furniture would fit. Ms. Dina was so sweet and patient. I believe that we will really enjoy this...

Took my grandmother in to tour the property and all I can I say is this place looked so good. Mind you they are still in the process of building , but the staff was super professional , knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. There are so many amenities and services that they plan on offering, that it makes me want to move in ! The office team worked so well together and they were extremely great at explaining everything to us and it really helped my grandmothers experience. Also, when you tour ( which I highly recommend) ask for a drink , you would be surprised at the many different options and how accommodating the office staff is.
