Second edit: I've been back 2 times since, horrible manager is gone and food is great
Edits: spoke with the owner (not who I thought), and she was very apologetic and seemed to be taking it seriously. I explained what happened on multiple occasions, and she seemed shocked. I believe she will follow through and address it. Only time will tell. I agreed to try it again, and will update here how it goes. It just goes to show you that one bad apple can ruin your business...or at least cost you customers.
Original: I have been here more times than I should have over the years. I keep trying to give it another chance because honestly the wings are great. However the service/management (I believe she is also the owner) is HORRID! Tonight was the last time I will ever spend a penny in this place! In the past I have been given the wrong order for one person at our table, only to have them come back out 20 minutes later after everyone else had eaten. Told that the wings are cooked in the order they come in so they had to cook others before "replacing" ours. I am not one to ever ask for a comped meal, but when we stated after 10 minutes wait, that we didn't want them I was told specifically "you ordered them you're paying for them, whether you take them or not as we've already cooked them.
Tonight we sat down and were told its $.60 wing night...max of 10. I questioned it and was told "sorry minimum of 10 that wouldn't make sense" My son then asked if it included boneless, to which she said yes. When the bill came I was informed that it was 10 max per person at $.60 and boneless are not covered. The Owner/Manager never even looked at me but since she was 3 feet away I could clearly hear what she was saying. "It doesn't matter what he thinks the price is, its $.60 per wing max of 10 and no boneless aren't included." The poor waitress even said "I understand I said that, and if you want me too I'll pay it out of my pocket, but she said this is the bill" First off who has $.60 wing night but a limit of 10? And who as a manager doesn't at least address the customer. I wasn't yelling or even complaining I simply asked "this isn't what you said", as i assumed it was a mistake. Well I can do without their wings from now on, as I won't be back. Good wings (selection around town isn't great) but not worth poor service and consistently misleading pricing (not the first time) Understand its not about the $2.00 difference it cost, it was simply the fact that she acted as if she could care less. Read moreI don't understand how you can mix up 10 mild garlic and 50 medium wings and then your customer dedicated to you drives 30 miles to your store picks them up spends 60$ takes them to a party and they are wrong calls you and you offer to redo them and was explained what the situation now that everyone was waiting for him and would have cost him another 20$ in fuel so you washed it to the side offering 10% off how to you justify that and say that is a store policy when there is no signs of a policy anywhere in the store we have followed you from location to location you have moved but now i guess you are looking for the fast buck not the customer service that should be there so you didn't want to do anything until you get a bad review and to show how much you care you had a phone number when all this was going on and you choose not to use it my suggestion is to go somewhere else to eat i can suggest many but we were dedicated to you and you cared nothing about that so instead of making it right now you lose customers for 10% stab in the back that justified nothing for years of faithfulness to you means nothing so once again i would recommend to go somewhere else to eat i would suggest a different career if you have 20 years at this and do nothing but apologize on Google for mistakes instead of fixing them witch is supposed on your reviews and further more your 3 step doesn't work to good so you might need to use some of that 20 years of non customer based experience to fix that problem to and not to mention that you offered s review to come back in later and you would give them wings ut store policy says other wise hmmm
You can try to justify what ever you want but you can't so you might want to deal with problems that occur in stead of a manager because you have 20 years experience and the manager probably 1

Read moreThe waitress we had was absolutely amazing, us being a family with two very small kids she was very friendly towards them and even brought them pages to color because she could see they were getting antsy from sitting so long. But we sat for almost 2 hours for 26 wings, we finally got fed up and asked for our check for our wings as we got up to leave they tried to bring us our wings and were nice enough to pack them up to go and give them to us for free. When we got home to eat them they were extremely dry and over cooked, and I like crispy wings, this was still to over done for me. I would seriously consider changing the cooking times with how dry they were. This is the second time we have gone back and both times we have had horrible food service. The only decent things about this place are the daily deals and the attentive servers. Our poor server was by herself cleaning, taking orders, and delivering food, and she was very attentive to if we needed refills. If I was to ever go back, which I won’t I would hope she would still be the server there. We didn’t even get to finish our order because in the middle of talking to her someone from the kitchen came out and called her over so she could deliver wings to another table, which this lady could have done herself.
