Simply Terrible service. I asked for a Military Discount and Showed a non-expired Military Service ID. I said this store has given the Military Discount before, and then doesn't, and she wouldn't offer it today.
Only Police they said get the discount. I mentioned that I have receipts that show this actual location gave the Military Discount at 50%. And mentioned that other Chipolte's in the area offer a Military Discount of 50%.
The manager on duty said no she won't do it. I said I wouldn't be back to this location as this is inconsistent.
Then the lady/mgr pushed my already made 5 bowl orders for $45 into the trash as I held out cash to pay. I asked her why she did that. She said you said you didn't want it. I never said I didn't want anything. I waited for the store to open after 10:45 am which is their posted and opening time. They were late opening.
I waited to put together 5 separate bowls. Yes she pushed the to go bag into the trash from the counter. Why would a customer do all that waiting and then while bagged up say they didn't want it. I didn’t at all. To me that shows a bad attitude.
Another guy who appeared to work there followed us out to our vehicle while starting a debate with me about the discount. I had a minor with me and the child walked to the car before. We left and not sure about this location as even a safety point of view.
The discount is one thing, but the refusing to sell me food as a Veteran with a handicap while parked in the handicap parking spot is saddening. We went to another Chipotle and no we didn't get the discount, but all went well. The other locations that offer a Military Discount were out of the way.
The manager also stopped the Co-worker from making us food as he checked the Military ID to be authenticate. But did it nicely. The manager also stopped the Co-worker from making us food as this man offered us the Military Discount and to allow make the food again. Again the co-worker offered to give us the discount after verifying my Military ID. Easy enough.
The manager said this co-worker was disrespecting her by offering the discount and berated him right in front of all the other get co-workers and myself.
That co-worker should be the manager. He offered to try to even make things right rather than be right. Even if the discount wasn't offered. Make the food again. Offer to help...

I’m a very understanding food industry worker myself so for me to be this turned off just goes to show that its really bad. What really sent me over the edge was my experience I had this past week. I decided to do a mobile order around 8:15 pm and after my whole order was complete it notified me they had turned mobile ordering off. Ok I get it but I did really want a quesadilla which is only available via mobile order but I understood and decided to go anyways because I had a complimentary chip and queso side and maybe I would grab a burrito instead. Upon arrival after waiting I had asked the girl making food if they have the new chorizo which was advertised everywhere via Chipotle and also in this location by a big banner next to the menu. She responded with “what’s that?” And I then said oh the meat advertised behind you and a gentleman from the back chimed in and said “oh I didn’t know how to make it so we didn’t make any” I understand and appreciate the honesty but that’s a lot of false advertising and maybe take down the banners/make it inaccessible via the app if you aren’t even providing that option….. I just opted for my free chips and queso and the girl that helped me was very sweet but she did let me know they were out of chips…. Uhhhh not to be that person but literally all you have to do to make another batch for the evening is put tortillas in the fryer unless they aren’t made fresh.. I attempted to redeem my free queso anyways and it didn’t even work because I think it was “with purchase only” she ended up giving me the queso for free anyways since it wasn’t working and asking me to write a review and I wish I could have wrote a more positive one but the only positive part of my experience was how nice the counter girl was to me everything else was absolutely horrible and in a way I’m glad I didn’t get anything else to eat because based off the service/ presentation of this chipotle I don’t think it would have...
Read moreI have never had a horrible experience like I had today, 7/27/24. When my family and i walked into the restaurant, there was not a single customer (around 730pm), and 1 of the employees was sitting at the bar stools. From what I saw, there were 4 employees at the restaurant, 1 cooking, 1 behind the scenes, and 2 that worked the line serving the food.
There was 0, no customer service at all. No greeting the customer, the employee that helped us today had a face like he didn't want to work there. When he started preparing the food, he was tossing the items like he didn't care at all. Very disrespectful, he didn't speak at all throughout the whole process. He called another employee to come and charged me for the plates. No receipt was provided for the transaction, so I don't have any name and beside that there was no name tag on them so I cant really tell who where the employees, but the manager or owner of the location should be able to identify the employees that were working on the shift.
The food was ok, not hot like they normally have it, but when we walked in, there was no customer. The person that was on the grill was killing it, preparing all the chicken. The place is a mess, tables dirty, trash overflowing, and the drink station out of straws. We sat down and ate there, and they were goofing around with the food when other customers were ordering. I understand that it is a fast food atmosphere, but at least someone should be making sure the trash bins are empty and that everything looks decent. We are not from the area, and rest assured we will never come to this location again. We normally visit the West Palm Beach/Jupiter area at least 3-4 times a year, but I will not return to this location again.
