Worst experience I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. I ordered online with a buy one get one promo and the transaction went through. On my way to pick up the sandwiches I get an email saying the order was cancelled. I call the store to find out why and this poor excuse of a manager/owner tells me that they don’t participate in the promos on the app. Even though the app says it’s a participating store. She tells me that I will get my money back but that’s not the point. Then when trying to discuss this she tells me she’s too busy and I can come in for a receipt to show the cancelled transaction. Then hangs up on me. I come in and yes I was a bit hot with the situation due to the fact I don’t like being hung up on when trying to figure out where my money is. I get there and I’m f course there’s absolutely no customers in this establishment. But yet she tells me she’s too busy and tells me to read the sign on the expo window. As if that matters considering the fact I ordered off the app. That’s not my problem. Get your system updated to the app so you’re not waistline people’s time. She was rude and deserved every bit of my words back to her. People like this don’t need to be involved in any type of customer service. What happens to the customer being right. If my payment was accepted then they should settle for the loss in their end because at the end of the day this is there mistake. Not mine. She was a nasty person and I’m glad to not have eaten anything she made for me and my children. Horrible representation of this company. Horrible owner and manager setting a terrible example for the one employee she had there. This place does not deserve to be open with this type of ownership. And this lady does not deserve the chance at owning a company. After reading some of the other reviews I can see I’m not the only one with a horrible experience. Most likely will go out of business in the future and I hope so. Customer service is just not the same anymore and i will make sure to never step foot in that place again. Place was clean probably due to the fact that they don’t look like the do much business but the attitude in there brings down the character of the store overall. Two thumbs down!! For being a customer and supporting Theresa's business over the years tonight caught me off guard. I don't have the ability to keep supporting her business anymore cause she banned me today then called the cops on me. For refusing to pay for the sub or the dippers that I never paid for cause she would not give me any sauces on the side I even offered to pay extra for the sauces I couldnt even get jalapeño on my dippers cause its policy 😂. The answer was still no and the excuse that was given to me is "you will sue me if you burn yourself" I don't know when this started but it's funny she is using this excuse. But hey her business her policy I guess not wanting to agrue over sauce cause everyone knows she loves to call the cops and act like the victim. I decided to leave and she started yelling at me for costing her $25 and that I'm a bad customer, I'm banned blah blah blah. BUT WAIT it gets better she is then seen walking up to the public trash can dumping out and ripping up her $25 in food not even putting it in the trash just leaving it there. As a sign of pride. That was very petty Theresa you are a business owner within the plaza stop being a POS. I left my thermos in the subway and asked a friend if they could get it she then scolded him saying if he wants his cup he can come pay the $25 what instant karma that was. I leave head home now people are calling me and texting me saying the cops are in the plaza looking for me to answer questions 😅 Really Theresa that was not nice. Saturday afternoon June 8th I walked into this establishment and was greeted by no one. The store was completely empty no customers. I proceed to walk to the bathroom(the reason I walked into the restaurant) they were locked. Then I walked back to the front and was greeted by the “owner” she asked how could she help me. I asked if anyone was in the bathrooms she then said “we lock the bathrooms, they’re for customers only” I said okay I’m going to buy something. Went to the car to get my money returned to the same woman now accompanied by another coworker. Telling her I walked out and turned my back. I pulled out my money to purchase a sub she tells me she doesn’t want to serve me. She’s not gonna unlock the bathrooms for $5. Then started to yell she would call the police if I didn’t leave her store. Refusing to take serve me or open up the bathroom. I didn’t disrespect this lady or say anything out of turn.
