BIG WARNING! This is why stomachs hurt or glands swell after eating at bad restaurants. Absolutely disgusting food handling practices. Clear evidence of Cross contamination. Unhealthy food allergy practices by management. Super hard to get below 5 stars from me. First I worked @ McDonald’s. It was nothing like this when I worked there. I start by recommending stay away until management is retrained properly. Is unsafe. Went to the drive thru. Ordered a simple double quarter pounder/cheese, “no onion”. Got my bag. Pulled away. Stop to eat. Open box. The burger has a lot of onions hanging off it. I figure ok. They made a mistake. Not a big deal. I’m close. I go back through the drive thru. Strike 1. Waited a while. First person to come to the window was a manager. I explained they messed up my order. Showed them. She took my burger. Couple minutes later an employee hands me a new box. I asked if it’s right. No onion. She said yes. I left. Pull over to eat. Open box and see there’s skin from the onions imbedded in the cheese and laying accross the pickles in the ketchup. Strike 2. I went back to the drive thru. First person to come to window was same manager. I explained the employee handed me back the same burger. It still had onions on it. The manager took the burger back. Went out of view. Returned a minute later. Handed me a new box. Said she did it herself. I pulled away. Pull over to eat. Open the box. Notice the bun had been microwaved. Opened the burger. And see she just swapped the top and bottom meats. Put the onion imbedded cheese on the bottom and microwaved the burger. Though, I could clearly see the imprints in the cheese from the onions. Strike 3. Not to mention it’s now been 20 minutes since they first handed me the wrong order and they given me back the burger and cheese 3 times with onion in it. I simply ordered a burger with no onion. Now I’m out $7. Not eating the nasty burger. Now hungry. Wasted my time going there. Wasted my gas going there 3 times. Overall lost over an hour with the extremely poor management of this location. What are the area managers thinking? If this is what a store manager does. That means all stores owned by this family or company are run the same. That’s a BIG WARNING. For people all around Florida. If the manager does this. They are trained to do it and are training not only the current employees to cross contaminate and resell dead food. The Managers of this and all McDonald’s owned by this family or company to train all future restaurant owners that work for this company to resell dead food and cross contaminate food. When I worked at McDonald’s. It was understood we were trained to higher standards for we will be future restauranteurs. This is the crest of poor leadership from the top. The store manager would not do this unless trained that it is acceptable by the regional manager. This is bigger than just one burger. This is improper training being passed down to future generations. The videos employees are supposed to train on in store, strictly...
Read morePut well by another of the reviews that I read: “a train wreck“. The fact that everything is going up ridiculously in the price is not a good start. Walked in on a rainy day looking for a sandwich and a peaceful place to sit down. From the first moment loud arguments and somebody singing/screaming in the background as well. The electronic kiosk that was facing me said the kiosk was not working and I should go to the counter. I went to the counter and waited a couple of minutes When finally somebody that did not have a very good grasp of my language yelled, from back in the drive through area: “use kiosk, use kiosk!!, use kiosk pease“. So I did as instructed. Not an easy task to those are un-initiated in kiosk use! I ordered a simple big Mac meal to dine in. Was instructed (by the kiosk) to pick up a table tent and have a seat. When my order was ready, I happened been on the telephone, not only did nobody bring food out, but I was pointedly yelled at to come and pick up my order using the table tent number. Presumably table tents are designed to tell the staff where the customer is seated. Otherwise it would be ticket number wouldn’t it? I had one other interaction with the staff which was equally unpleasant, but won’t go into details. Really doesn’t matter. I don’t intend to go back there again and perhaps will be avoiding McDonald’s as much as possible in the future. I just hope this will serve someone else, who might be able to find something nice within a couple of blocks, with decent courteous service, a reasonable price and...
Read moreI came back again to this McDonald's bc it's on my route home and to give it a second chance after the last bad experience here, only to find this experience was worse than the last one. Again I went in the evening, but thus time I went inside instead of going through the drive thru. As I waited on my order I was behind a man who ordered an apple pie and after waiting almost 10 min fir his food, only to be told they were out of apple pies. So the gentle said, well I will take some cookies, nope no cookies. The gentleman then said, I will take an ice cream, nope were out of ice cream too. Then the young man working behind the counter, told the customer, the lady just dropped you an apple pie. So wait....that means you did have apple pies, while you forced this customer to wait for nothing, right?? Uuuugghhh! Then as I am standing there waiting for my order, I hear people behind the counter, talking about their vagina, I'm hearing the f- bomb being used back there, I see playing going on, it was ridiculous. Then I received my food, my fries tasted like they have been refried, terrible. I asked for mayo on my sandwich, when I opened it up, it looked like it had just been thrown together, it was awful. Also look at where my mayo landed on my sandwich.SMDH.....the worse I ever seen at this location. Extremely disappointing. Now this time, I won't be going here again.in the evening 😒...
