Today, 12/31/24, we hosted a wonderful wedding reception in the private dining space at Brio PBG. First, I want to shoutout Terri! She is their wonderful event specialist. Terri went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that everything went perfectly. She set the space up with the custom menus, decor, and a beautiful flower centerpiece. When we got there, she created a grand entrance for the newly weds, guiding them to the private space and greeting us all with Prosecco to celebrate. You would’ve thought she knew us personally because of how dedicated she was to making the day special. We did the best we could with our budget but thanks to Terri, it was more than we could’ve imagined. Also, I want to shoutout our wonderful server, I forgot her name, it might’ve been Patricia, but she handled everything with grace and patience. I know, firsthand, that taking care of a large 20+ party on your own isn’t easy but she was a BOSS and phenomenal. The food was fabulous and the cake, which was made in their kitchen and prepared special for us, was perfect! Everyone wanted an extra slice to go home with. I just cannot emphasize enough how wonderful today was thanks to all of the staff. If anyone wants to host an event at Brio, call Terri, she will take wonderful care of you! I hope someday she can have her own event planning business if she doesn’t already because that’s her calling! Thank you Brio for taking care of us today and hosting a beautiful reception for us, we didn’t have to anything except enjoy and that we did!

We came here with another couple for dinner. The experience didn’t start off well. The woman who took my reservation over the phone apparently didn’t reserve our table. After a while, the hostess sorted it out and sat us at a table outside. We placed our order only to have the waitress come back 20 minutes later saying they didn’t have one of the side dishes we ordered. The most positive experience of the night was our husbands ordered from the Valentine’s menu and their shrimp and lobster fettuccine dish was delicious. A staff dropped a plate at the table next to us and just left all the shards on the floor. He never came back to sweep them up. One piece broke next to my leg and my husband had to pick it up at our table. The staff never checked in on us or asked if I was ok. I understood accidents will happen but why would you not clean up the broken glasses spread all over the floor?!? What if the table got sat and the new diners weren’t aware and cut their feet? This is south Florida, everyone wears open toe shoes all year round. Just seemed unnecessary and lazy.

Here for the first time. We were standing for a long time waiting for someone to approach us and get a seat. Finally, after 10 minutes my husband and I were approached and got seated. We were hungry so we decided to get pizza since the coal fire was very inviting to have for pizza. We asked the server if they’d got pizza because it wasn’t in the menu. She said yes they have, so we ordered cheese and mushroom pizza. Much to our surprised, the pizza have got no flavor and looks like a kid’s pizza. My husband then asked the server if that is a kid’s pizza? She said no and added that was the only pizza they have. She offered us to get another kind but said it’s ok we’re just gonna pay for it. Then the the bill came with kid’s pizza lol. We were served a kid’s pizza in this Italian restaurant! Note: we didn’t finished that kid’s pizza but we paid for it. Not coming back here anymore….

First, let me say I never share negative reviews, only positive. I just don’t see the point. Well tonight, I figured out the point. Popped into the Palm Beach Gardens mall location for a quick bite and drink. Got there at 5:45 and the host told me it was self serve seating at the bar. I sat down at a corner table a little out of the way because I was by myself. I sat there for 15 minutes, trying to catch any of the servers attention with no luck. Finally, a bus boy waved to a waitress who was at the bar, but serving the table next to me that I was waiting. She looked right at me. She then proceeded to finish serving that table, half of whose guests arrived after I did, along with the manager who was helping her. I hadn’t even placed an order yet. She never came over. Finally the manager came over and asked if anyone had helped me and I said no. He said do you need a menu and I said no I want something off this happy hour menu he said happy hour ended five minutes ago. I said I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes. He got ever so slightly annoyed, but he honored the happy hour menu which I am very grateful for. My drink came out right away, and about 10 minutes later a young waiter came over and introduced himself and asked what I would like. I said I ordered about 20 minutes ago, so I’m good thanks! That was the last I ever saw of him. My food came out a good 15 minutes after that, my drink was empty. I drank my water and ate my burger, which was absolutely delicious by the way. So was the drink, I got the Italian old-fashioned. I was tired and I had a lot of emails to catch up on so I didn’t really care that I was ignored until all of a sudden I realized it had been a really long time And no one came by to see if I needed anything or even to give me a check. At this point, I stacked up all my dishes and looked around the half empty bar to servers chitchatting with each other and nobody looking my way. Luckily I had cash to cover The meal so I put it on the table. And yes, I did tip a full 22%! I have kids in the service industry and I know what’s what… There was a QR code sign at the door to leave a review that didn’t work. I stood there trying to And still, nobody noticed that I was about to walk out presumably not paying my bill. I looked around one more time and left and decided I would make the effort to leave this review. Guys, it was a Wednesday night and a good quarter of your tables were empty . You really...

I will start with the Service… sadly, very bad service, the waiter was not welcoming, took forever to bring the food, the bread they brought was delicious, but that was what we had to eat for the 30 minutes waiting… someone had to help him to bring the food and when I request, please for Parmesan cheese and some Oregano… they never came back. When Our waiter came - after 10-15 minutes and I had eaten almost half of my plate - I asked him for some Parmesan cheese… he rudely jump and asked us to be patient because he had a lot of other tables to attend!! And I was nice when asked for it. The lemonade was FULL of ice, almost no lemonade so with a few sips I was finish and ask him to bring me a refill which also took forever. FINALLY, he brought the Parmesan cheese and when I ask for more parmesan, he jump to another member of my party far away and left for the end my wife plate (she was by my side) and just gave her a few scratches, so to help him I suggested to leave the Parmesan so we can serve ourselves, he almost drops it on the table. We tried to understand the pressure he was under, but it was too many errors together. At the end, we asked for desserts, my wife asked first, and 4 members of my party order the same dessert, LATER again, he comes and gives EVERYBODY BUT MY WIFE a dessert, after a long while, when we asked him that our dessert was missing, upset AGAIN, he said that he will bring it… I was very uncomfortable so I request that no, we did not want it anymore. Now, the Bill Comes… we were been charge the dessert… and at the bottom of the THEY SUGGESTED A 18%, 20% & 22% TIP!!!! I gave him a 15%, but I should have given 0% + a complain. This was my first time coming to Brio Italian Grille… to tell you the truth… the food was not that grate, it was okay, but the prices and the amount of food serve gives a sense of OVER PRICE place. Maybe it was the POOR SERVICE that made it feel like that but I do better Lasagna in my home. I will not be coming again… at least at this one in West Palm...

My family and I arrived shortly after 4:30pm on 11/11/2022, the male hostess was clearly not wanting to sit us. When he finally asked me how many in the party I stated 4 (2kids and 2 adults), he sighed and said he had way too many reservations around 6pm and he didn't think he could sit us. Mind you we were there at 4:32! He was extremely rude but finally after 10 minutes he sat us down, we had no menus given to us. We waited another ten minutes for the waiter to come and say oh wow you didn't get menus I simply stated unfortunately no we did not. He grabs the menu and immediately ask for drink order and walked away, for 3 sodas and a apple juice took 20 minutes. So as soon as he came back I ordered my toddlers food and the spinach dip. This took 30 minutes to come out and the dip was ice cold, at this point my toddler was exhausted so I just wanted to eat and go. We placed two Salad orders (one was Caesar and other Wedge) and a margarita flatbread. To get our dinner was well over 35 minutes, the Wedge salad was full of brown lettuce and almost inedible, flat bread was warm not hot and the Caesar salad had zero dressing on it so I proceeded to ask for dressing and that took another 10 minutes. At this point I just ask for the check and boxes and the waiter was confused but proceeded. Another male I presume was front house manager asked if everything was okay and I told him unfortunately no and explained everything he basically told me that "my kind really isn't the kind to dine there" and that we were asked to leave the table as soon as I paid. My oldest child left in tears and driven with anxiety thinking she had done something wrong. I am livid over the entire experience and will never give them my business again. The owners of this establishment need to look at their staff and managers and train them how to be respectful. I will never return which is sad because we have eaten at other Brio Restaurants...
