If you want a place for a view, this is a place to dine. Nice tables to dine outside. You’re right on the water and you can see the boats and if you walk to the dock, you can see fish. Not impressed with our lunch. I’ve had chicken Caesar in the past and I guess that was safe. Calamari is tender, but I feel as if it’s just the crust and you don’t feel as if you’re tasting much of the calamari. The appetizer that is supposed to have flatbread prime rib, and brie cheese was hard to find any of that. Prime rib was cut less than half an inch square. Lobster was not found. Flat Bread was burnt. $29 we returned it. The lobster bisque was average. The Greek salad was good if it did not have so much vinegar. It was very tart. Mind you I love vinegar. The tuna taco I guess the tuna swam off because it was hard to find. For $25 for 3 tacos I would think that you would have a little bit more protein. They should have heated up the soft taco a little bit on each side before hand quickly on the grill would make a difference. It tasted like it just came from the bag and right on the plate and filled with lots of items adding and a little bit of tuna. We ordered the tuna taco blackened. I would suggest another blackened seasoning because it was salty. Service was good. Overall, there are better choices if it wasn’t for the atmosphere and it is a nice location. This place has been there for many years. I hope my review will improve...
Read moreWe went because prices seemed reasonable and it was on the water. The prices are not reasonable for their brunch buffet. $56 per person and the buffet was not huge. I will say the steak they had was delicious and the omelet station wonderful. That said we don't eat shrimp and crab (only 2 dishes) and that might be the extra cost. Here are my issues. Until you sit you do not know it is $56 per person before tax, automatic gratuity (4 people) and a non-cash fee. The pastries are all prepackaged manufactured stuff and not even the decent croissants The desserts are same. The grilled fish in the warming tray was inedible...dry. This was a standard hotel buffet at Vegas buffet prices. In addition we have a young adult with a limited palate so we paid $56 for a caesars salad and plain pasta. Thankfully the waitress Nikita was spectacular, as were all the staff and she brought a side of French fries at no cost. If the $56 went to the staff it would have been worth it. For the over $270 dollar we could have eaten a spectacular Mother's Day meal at Lenora's or most any other fantastic restaurant probably with drinks. Oh they did give my wife free bottomless mimosas that was well made but "we" didn't...
Read moreToday we came here for lunch. I wish we had known this little gem was here sooner as it was only round the corner from where we were staying. What a beautiful place and setting. It's set right on the Marina and is so tranquil. Our waiter Paul was so helpful and accommodating. We had ordered appetizers but our mains arrived first and we asked Paul if they were coming with the main but he told us the order wasn't put in, he was very sorry, we decided to just keep with the mains. The food was delicious I have to say. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries, so good. The restaurant was beautiful, and atmospheric, I can imagine it gets extremely busy when in season. My Sister and I used the restroom, it was so cute & nautical, and extremely clean. The gift shop is so quaint too. We had a walk around the Marina after and there's a lovely outside bar which I can imagine is so gorgeous at night and in high season. All I can say is I'm sorry we only managed to visit once before we had...
