6/23/25- A very memorable pre- 70th Birthday Celebration for me! My family asked me where I wanted to go and of course I said one of my favorite restaurants “Pizza Al Fresco” Worth Avenue and Palm Beach-what’s not to love 💝! I absolutely love this restaurant! The service team was amazing as always! I don’t remember all their names but one amazing young man was Alan ! Always attentive and professional! In 5 years since I moved back here-they have always exceeded our expectations! We usually sit inside.. the inside and outside is Magical! Looks like a true Mediterranean paradise! The service is 5 Stars and if I could give 10 Stars I would! The food is fresh and delicious! The Calamari, the burrata and prosciutto and meatball appetizers are fresh, and beyond delicious. All are enough to share for a table of 4! Definitely order at least one of these… The mushroom pizza we always order with extra cheese and it comes out piping hot, crispy on the bottom and creamy and cheesy on top! To die for… The Bolognese sauce is just like Nonna used to make.. definitely homemade from scratch! They made it on linguine for my Brother in Law! Another huge portion! They will customize their menu for you.. I always add the side dish of escarole with beans and olive oil! It’s a huge portion also enough to share.. (but I didn’t- 🤣 ) Delicious! We also had the Caesar Salad-also a huge portion! Definitely don’t leave without having their tiramisu! It’s definitely homemade and creamy and delicious! Also enough to share! Take it to go if you are too full to eat.. Trust me! If you are looking for a Magical Mediterranean Extremely Affordable dining experience on the Island of Palm Beach put “Pizza Al Fresco” in your weekly night out rotation! Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week! You will thank me! 2/27/25-I would give 10 Stars if I could! After a morning of Worth Avenue Shopping we came to our favorite Lunch spot! Always a warm welcome by the charming hostess! We asked for an inside table.. it was a warm day for February. The expansive outside patio was filled with very happy Palm Beachers enjoying their lunch in a magical setting! Michele was our main server and she was wonderful! Providing Great service … I ordered my Pinot Grigio which was crisp, cold and delicious!! My first real outing since my surgery and it was magical!! We ordered the mushroom pizza with extra cheese! It’s our favorite! It may have been the best pizza I’ve ever had! Honestly delicious! My dear sister had one slice and I ate the rest of it! Yes! I ate almost an entire pizza! Did I mention it was my first outing since my surgery and truly my first meal and glass of wine! It exceeded my expectations! We couldn’t stop there .. we ordered our favorite dessert.. their Tiramisu! Please don’t leave without having their Tiramisu! Creamy light and delicious! They make you feel like a ViP! Very attentive and professional!I highly recommend! 5/11/24-Delicious affordable lunch option on Worth Avenue and Palm Beach! Always 5 Star service, food quality and ambiance! Today Vanina better known as V to the locals, was our server and she is amazing! Always attentive and informative and welcoming!! Javier, the General Manager, is charming and hospitable! Greeting every customer with a cheerful smile and asking if all is in order! Today I sat inside since it was unusually hot out and I wanted something light! I ordered my usual Pinot Grigio and decided on the Burrata Al Fresco! Delicious creamy Burrata over a sweet ripe tomato slice surrounded by delicate prosciutto di parma with a basil pesto drizzle! What can I say! Dreamy, yummy and so much more than I could imagine! Served with warm bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar! Wow! You are transported to a little village in Italy! The outside patio is magical completely covered by umbrellas with little twinkling lights! Of course, I couldn't resist their desserts! I always leave just enough room for homemade desserts! I indulged in their amazing Tiramisu! Oh my! Light, fluffy and so delicious!

A true gem in Palm Beach! We loved this place so much we ended up dining here 3 times during our trip. Al Fresco is tucked away in a beautiful courtyard and its outdoor patio really sets the tone with a nice ambiance. Friendly staff and great service, good knowledge of menu and made great recommendations. The pizza is a very thin crust wood oven pizza. Typically, this isn’t my favorite style of pizza. But I will say, this pizza is very good. Great crisp, very light, and topped with good quality ingredients. The capricciosa was very good, but the primavera might have been out favorite, the butternut squash gives it a heartiness and warmth to it that I really enjoyed. The allá marco salad was our favorite, absolutely delicious! Great combo of ingredients and the dressing was perfect. Also tried the lobster salad which was very good. The lobster was plentiful and tender. The lamb chops special were delicious. The chops were cooked perfectly and were meaty and tender. The glaze on them was good, a little smoky, earthy, and thankfully not sweet at all. A little heavy handed on the glaze though. Loved the broccoli rabe that accompanied the chops. Drinks were great as well, solid margarita and the Italian mambo I think it was called (frozen margarita with sangria), was super refreshing and delicious. **Disclaimer: Be sure to leave room for dessert! The tiramisu was creamy, fresh, and very chilled in the middle. But the apple tart is the way to go in my opinion. Beautiful presentation, with a little bit of custard in between the tart shell and the sliced apples that really made the dessert a bit creamy as well and paired well with the cinnamon. Best dessert we had period!

This restaurant is hidden back in one of the alleys between shops but I think everyone should know about it. We stopped into this restaurant on whim during our vacation and we're glad we did. I always enjoy finding local spots wherever I travel and this was one that I'd visit again if I visit the area. The service here was top notch. There was never a moment in which I had to ask for a refill or more of something. There was always someone ready to clear your plate or get you another drink or take an order. I can tell that that is how they do things all the time because they were relatively busy for a Friday night and still provided that level of service to everyone. As for the food, it is an Italian restaurant and it was phenomenal. They cooked the food quickly but still maintained some of the best quality I've had. The meatballs were probably my least favorite and even they were delicious. The sauce also tastes like it's made in-house. For an entrée I order the lamb chop special. It was some of the most tender and juicy lamb I've had. The way they prepared it would have made you think it wasn't even lamb because it didn't have that gamey taste that lamb normally has. The tiramisu paired with a cappuccino for dessert was divine. The tiramisu tasted freshly made and made it all the better. If you are in the Palm Beach area and want a good Italian restaurant for your date, group, event, etc., then definitely try this place out. It felt like an experience more so than just having a meal.

My partner and I visited this restaurant recently and had the most HUMILIATING experience ever.

When we arrived, things were good. Our host was nice and even let us choose our table to sit at. Our server, Javier, comes by for drinks quickly enough and then asks if we were ready. We still needed a few minutes to look over the menu as we'd never been before and said as much and that's when all the issues arose.

We waited for almost 10 minutes after saying we needed a minute to get a decision for our server, Javier, to even come back and take our order. Which fine, we said we needed time but normally no server wastes that much time before coming back.

Our orders come out and a busser brings them to us. We start eating and uncharacteristically for restaurants, our server, Javier, doesn't stop by to see how the food was or if we needed anything else.

When we finished, we waited for almost 45 minutes without our server, Javier, or busser coming over to check on us or remove plates. We watched as our server, Javier, visited the table directly behind us three times in the time we're waiting for him to come by and give us a check. We watched him stand in the doorway to the inside talking to his co-workers, the busser, or staring at tables but never once looking at us. The busser came over to tables near us and refilled drinks, grabbed plates, but ignored us. Remember, we haven't even been spoken to since our orders were taken.

We watched as Javier visited all his other tables and didn't spare a glance at us. Tables around us were being sat and leaving before us as we waited. We watched as he brought out the check to the table behind us and went back inside to chat with his buddy at the bar.

The only time he acknowledged us was when my partner got up to go to the host stand after 45 minutes of us sitting there waiting to be acknowledged to ask if they would be able to get our server, Javier, for us because he hadn't come by in almost an hour. They politely said he'll be by shortly. The entire time my partner was up there, Javier was staring at me who was still at the table and my partner at the host standing and talking to the busser.

As soon as my partner returned to the table Javier appeared and asked if everything was okay and we asked for the check immediately. He came back within the minute and we were all checked out within 3 total. That was the most service and attention we received from him the entire time we were there.

I felt so humilated to be so ignored and treated like garbage that I became upset immediately after leaving. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of Javier. The host were the only lovely people to us but Javier and their busser treated us like we weren't human and like we were less important than any of the other people there.

So if you do decide to go to this establishment, make sure your server isn't Javier because you may also have a terrible and...

A Chic and Delectable Evening at Pizza Al Fresco

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Al Fresco in Palm Beach with friends visiting from out of town, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the charming Via Mizner, this eatery is a gem for those seeking a high-end pizza experience amidst the elegance and sophistication of Palm Beach.

Upon arrival, the ambiance of Pizza Al Fresco immediately sets the tone for a luxurious dining experience. The outdoor setting is perfect for enjoying Florida's lovely weather, with beautifully dressed patrons and a welcoming atmosphere that exudes chic Palm Beach style.

The staff, despite facing occasional language barriers, were exceedingly nice and accommodating, adding a warm and friendly touch to our dining experience. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening.

Adding to the unique atmosphere were beautifully dressed women from local boutiques, mingling and advertising to the restaurant's patrons. This interaction lent an exclusive and fashionable vibe to our dinner, reminiscent of dining in a vibrant, high-society setting.

As for the food, the pizzas, baked to perfection in a traditional wood-burning brick oven, were a culinary delight. Each bite of the pizza offered a taste of authentic Italian craftsmanship, with fresh ingredients and flavors that transported us to the streets of Italy. The menu's variety ensured that everyone found something to their liking, from appetizers to salads and pastas, culminating in a dining experience that was both diverse and satisfying.

Pizza Al Fresco is more than just a restaurant; it's a destination where food, fashion, and the flair of Palm Beach converge. For anyone looking for an upscale pizza experience in a setting that captures the essence of Palm Beach's luxurious lifestyle, Pizza Al Fresco is an...
