Today is 10/29/23. I placed an order at 2:30 p.m. online. It said it would be approximately 39-49 minutes for delivery. On the order tracker it had said that the order was being prepped at 2:40, then again at 3:30. At 4:00 when I called, the guy that answered the phone told me it was out for delivery and that was a lie. I saw the order tracker update to that it was now being prepped at 4:10. Then out for delivery and delivered to my house at 4:40. 2 hours and ten minutes after ordering and the pizza was wrong! I received a medium half cheese half pepperoni, when I ordered a double pepperoni with banana peppers and the extra hearty marinara sauce because I can't even eat their pizza with their regular sauce. I called and a woman answered the phone. I expressed my unsatisfaction, especially with the fact that I was lied to. The "lady" offered to refund my money but when I asked if I was going to get sent the correct pizza she said no because I was rude to her and hung up on me. Now they have blocked my number. This is THEFT and I will not stop until corporate finds out how unprofessional this "lady" is. I did not cuss at her and if she thinks that because a customer is upset that their order took 2 hours and 10 minutes when it was supposed to be 49 minutes, was lied to about it being on the way, and then the order was completely wrong, then she needs to get out of customer service because a customer has every right to be angry. Read moreI was just hung up on my the manager so I am writing this so that she will see my picture that I offered her during our conversation which she refused, yelled that she would refund me and then hung up on me without me able to say anything. I was not looking for money back, I was literally trying to inform them of a problem which will no doubt happen to others.
So I had not purchased a Domino's pizza in a while, but gave them another chance tonight. I ordered online #1052on 6-11-24 today and bought 2 Pizzas and some garlic bread. I just tried the Sausage NY style pizza and it had a very doughey vibe as I am eating the first slice. I then bit into the thicker portion of dough where the crust is located. Yup, completly uncooked taste and raw. I called in to let them know there is an issue and the Manager told me that I was wrong that the equipment is set for a certain amount of time and they even have it 10 minutes over that (hmmm, I wonder why they had it over their standard). She was getting very frustrated with me for telling her that maybe check the equipment or something as it is not cooked and needs more time as it is still raw. Read moreWORST DOMINOS EVER. Whoever manages this location needs serious training as they clearly have none and by reading some of the other reviews it is clearly a management problem.
I placed an order last week though the app as I have done many times but not at this location as I recently moved, huge mistake. After 90 minutes or so I called since the app stopped updating, was immediately put on hold, finally talked to someone who said they were busy, and the ETA was 35 minutes, about 25 minutes later the app said the driver was on the way, 30 minutes after that he finally made it the 2 miles to my house. I asked if the food was even hot anymore and he said yes it went right from the oven to his car, the food was cold, I even stupidly tipped him but thankfully only a couple dollars as I knew it wouldn't be hot still.
I then tried to call and complain, over the course of 20 minutes they only picked up the phone one time to them put me on hold, the rest of the time was just ringing. Do not order from this location, they do not deserve your business and you can be sure I'll be contacting Domino's corporate and getting a full refund.
