Came here a few weeks ago and the screens outside in the drive through were off. I thought I was too early, but then a highly offensive message from the order box stated that a job killing AI was going to mess up my order. I told the AI the menu was not on and that I wanted to see the options for breakfast. It made a suggestion, and despite my opposition to supporting companies that rip jobs out of communities by shoving AI down our throats, I agreed to what it suggested. When the total was around $30 for a single breakfast meal, I realized that the best thing I could do was to drive out of there. thankfully, no one was ahead of me in line, so I was able to get the heck out of there and go across the street to Jack in box, where I helped a human being in the local area keep their job and paycheck. Their buns weren't stale, unlike my other Carl's experiences at other locations where the buns taste like they have been out all day. Based on this final experience, Carls JR is now on my "I am never going there again" list. This was my first and last trip to this location. Read moreNobody answered at the drive thru speaker around 6pm, so I drove up to the window. I noticed cars ahead of me stopped at the window and took off. The girl inside saw me and immediately came to the window. I asked if they were closed. She apologized and admitted they were short staffed, that they had a huge order inside they were trying to manage, but she took my order. She also said she was new. I had specific requests and she listened and got the order right on the receipt. I waited several minutes for the food (I got the Beyond famous star, onion rings, and soda) and not only was the food good but my requests were spot on. That is so rare these days to have a modified order correct, and/or receiving all items! I wish I had taken the girls...

I couldn't believe my eyes how sarcastic the manager Jonathan and Fernando M. were to a customer with the same situation I experienced which was "a minor" (I'm quoting the worker) who had no customer service and used her zero experience as an excuse for her to be absolutely rude by being sarcastic. The managers were also sarcastic and unprofessional by saying they do not care and out of nowhere Fernando wanted to call the cops, I guess they handle constructive criticism by handing it off to Law Enforcement?
