Panda Express — Restaurant in Palm Desert

I love this store! Reliable for anything you need, styles, they carry name brand item for years! The tee shirts, men's underwear (their brand) last and last.. their stores are always clean, displays are eye catching, Here in our desert, they carry swimsuits, sandals etc..Its so hard when everyday is 100° and above to even THINK of wearing long sleeves, sweaters, blouses, shirts for all, good shoes. Their choices of jewelry, the REAL DEAL and the "it would go perfect with my outfits" are there. There is a hair salon downstairs, eye glasses and photography studio. The store has divided sections, women items are upstairs, and shoes. Downstairs is the Mens Dept, Linens, children's, AND THE BATHROOMS.:) There is an elevator and a middle of the store escalator up and down. The elevator is located lower level around the corner from the hair salon. They cut men, children's and womens hair. Their prices are good and they ALWAYS have good sales. Terrible customer service. FIRST of all, online said it was open until 9:30pm so I choose to go to this one instead of the Panda I usually go to that is closer to my home. I walk in the door at 8:55pm everyone who works there says hi to me. I am left standing there for little while until the manager or whoever she is walks up and says "I am actually closed" despite it being 8:55. There were also two other people behind me wanting to get dinner and this clown manager/person in charge completely failed at what they were doing. Terribly cooked food! I have had Panda many times in different cities and they were reasonably good. However, this food was absolutely horrible and not fit to eat at all. The meat was gray. The broccoli was hard as rocks and the noodles were absolutely disgusting; they were so dry I almost choked. I will never ever get take out here again. I threw everything in the garbage. What they are serving here is garbage. It’s an abomination! Horrible! I do not recommend this facility at all. If you want a good lunch, you will be disappointed here. And it’s very expensive.
