I can't say enough great things about my experience buying my New Puffy Diamond mattress and amazing adjustable base from Raul at mattress Brothers. He was very educated about all of their product and what mattresses and adjustable base would benefit me. Giving me the ultimate pain relief and restorative sleep I've been I've been searching for. He was kind and courteous, giving me all the time I needed to try out each mattress and base. No rushing me or pushing his sales pitch. In fact he didn't have a sales pitch he plainly told me the truth about each mattress and base. The product sold itself. I had been searching for 3 weeks for the right get mattress and base and met quite a few sales people out in the Palm Springs and surrounding areas. Raul I could tell cared about my concerns and my needs. He educated me and he also listened to my back and sleep issues. I went home and thought about everything I had learned and went back the following day. I must admit I did lay down on my favorite 3 and then narrowed it down to 2 with his help and finally picked the Puffy Diamond mattress and a adjustable base with most of the bells and whistles. Buying a mattress is a big investment in my health and my pocket book. I left mattress Brothers feeling so thankful, blessed and confident in my choices. The Mattress Bros was a great company to purchase a mattress. Our salesperson Raul E. is a wealth of information, even though we came in after doing lots of research. He always has the info you need and a non-pressure approach. From dropping in many times to several phone calls, Raul was totally professional and friendly at all times and made our purchase easy. TMB gave us the best price and provided delivery and set up, which was provided in a nice and quick manner. So much better than having to receive your new mattress in a box and handling it yourself!
