This location undercooks every pizza. It’s doughy, and doesn’t tear apart without taking half the middle with it. The center isn’t even cooked. You can request to have “well done” ( which is an option on the menu ) , but they refuse to do it. I tried to ask them as was being cooked, to make sure it was well done. I requested it when I ordered. The kid at the counter said no, it backs up the other pizzas. Then proceeded to ask me if “it was that serious”….I told him it was, and that the pizzas are never cooked in the middle and it’s why I requested well done. He said I could leave the store and didn’t have to pay. Seriously??? Why do you offer it on the app to order, just to ignore it? I had gotten a few pizzas well undercooked the past few times from this specific location, so I went inside to just make sure they saw the note. They did. They don’t care. They won’t even slow the ovens down a little to make sure the crust is cooked through. By far the worst dominoes in palm beach county. Don’t go here. There is a Pizza Hut just down the street, and they cook theirs all the way, no need for “well done” requests….not that dominoes cares or listens anyway. The whole time I was waiting, the only concern in the place was the new system for tips. Nothing else mattered. Not even making the food. Poor, poor, poor. They...
Read moreTried Domino’s today only because my 90 yr old mom sees the commercial several times a day & every time she says, “Oh! That looks so good”. So today I decided to give them a try. I called the Palm Springs store to place my order. Not knowing what they offer, I asked girl who answered what sizes they had & the prices. So she tells me the prices but there was no mention of the two at $5.99 each for carry out. She tells me that’s for two mediums with two toppings. So I commented that because I don’t want toppings I have to pay regular price? She replied no but that’s a coupon deal. So I said I need a coupon and she said well I guess I could enter the code for you. Well needless to say I got the pies home and there were a lot of large bubbles in the dough and there was no cheese over those areas. The cheese on the rest of the pies was minimal. Maybe I should’ve requested extra cheese as a topping but typically we don’t like extra cheese on our pies. Also, their sauce was very spicy and although I enjoy spicy food at times I was not expecting this with the pie. All I can say is that if you really are looking for some good pizza don’t go to Dominos…especially if you’re...

SEPARATE REVIEW, Different Date: Now I'm done. Ordered online (paying cash) and later received a text that driver was on his way from 10 minutes away... 35 minutes after notification he was en route he arrives, but doesn't have our order. After 5 calls to the store and 4 disconnects someone hears the issue and puts me on hold....... comes back to say "don't worry, it's still hot, I'll send it out." When I asked how long it would be because I need to get my kids to bed, he says, "would you rather I just cancel the order?" and hangs up. Then I received a notification that our order had been canceled. Now we must start from scratch from a real pizza place before kids can go to...
