Tacos al Carbon Restaurant West Palm Beach (North) — Restaurant in Palm Springs

I found it odd when I arrived at Tacos al Carbon that there was not a line there. I was happy I was the last customer thinking my order wan going to be on point Now I know I WAS WRONG, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never go back to this place. Not worth you spending your hard work money to be treated horribly after the person taking your order made a mistake, I order 3hard steak tacos cheese only 1hard chicken with cheese, 1 hard with onions cilantro and cheese then 1soft steak with everything on it and 1 birria taco and a flan and tamarindo drink I walk out to the car I always check my order but like i thought it would not be wrong, in my car just because I open to see what o order soon enough I see no hard tacos my kids only eat hard I walk to the door a lady cleaning I knock on the door she saw me and ignore me clearly, the girl that I placed the order with her the knock as well. Keep in mind. I was the last customer. I called the next day after I got off of work the same girl that took my order answer the phone and spoke to me as if, I was not a customer but someone that was just bothering her like I didn’t pay my money for this so I lost all this money but I paid for food for my kids that went to bed hungry and not even an apology on the contrary, she blame me for not calling Early as if I could miss work to fix...

I stopped in and the girl at the register was on the phone. She was gossiping about personal stuff while taking orders. I don’t think she knew I understood a little Spanish & I thought it was very unprofessional.

She was so busy on the phone. The only time she went to my table was to bring me my food. I had to get up to get my drink. I had to get back up to get my fork and had to go back to the front to ask her for the check when I was finished eating.

It was the worst service I ever had.

A girl around 5’ 2 was not courteous at all. She never made us feel welcomed. She did not give us the usual chips and dip that you get at other tacos Al carbon and when her co-worker a young male walked by, I tried to stop him to ask him to get my waitress and he kept walking acting like he didn’t hear me, but I know he did .
