Western Pampas — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I visited the location at 1371 N Milatary Trail in West Palm Beach. I ordered the "Reuben on a Cuban" When I received it, I unwrapped the sandwich and oil was dripping out of sandwich. I couldn't eat it in this state as it was too greasy and the flavors all mashed together. I brought my uneatened sandwich to the attention Bobby and Nito. Bobby's exact words were "we change none of the ingredients in the sandwich and this is the way it comes" Bobby would not take ownership of the situation or apologize. As a customer, I felt Iike it was too bad and tough luck. Had Bobby apologized, I would have probably come back another time and tried a different sandwich. While I was there, it seems like they had loyal customers that frequented the establishment so I am sure that my sandwich may have been an isolated incident. I was really nice when I approchaed them with my concern and mafe sure to only say something when a customer wasn't nearby. After they sent me away, I saw a sign that states health inspection report was available upon request- I asked to see it. This wasn't necessary of me and after reflecting back on it, I would not have done this. I just felt taken advantage of and frustrated with the situation. My visit was on 9/9 @...

Called ahead and placed my order over the phone. The guy that ringed me up just reached for the money no total or anything. I've always love Jon Smith since my dad would take me there over 30 years ago. I travel from 20 miles south mostly to enjoy a taste from my childhood. I always add extra cheese and mushrooms I could tell the sandwich was not fixed correctly from the size in the bag. Grease was already building up on the bag because they are cheap with the sandwich wrap. I normally go to the lake worth location because all of my experiences in west palm beach are not satisfactory. They don't even have the cups, napkins or bags with the logo on it. No Helman's mayo. No Heinz ketchup. The bacon was not cooked and chopped. Literally white. The meat tasted old. Just not what I am used to. I will follow my 1st mind and go to the location in LakeWorth where the quality is better. Also please clean and change your Tea daily. It Literally came out like motor oil and taste like it too. So sad. So far, so expensive, and so subpar 🤮 wasn't fresh wasn't Jon Smith. More so kwik stop quality...

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Completely based on the poorest customer service I have ever seen. I went in to order a couple subs, but I had been driving for a while and I really needed to use the restroom. Because there was a sign on the door and announcing the restrooms are only for customers. I get that, no problem, so as I walked in I explained I’ll be right back, I really needed to use the restroom before I place my order. The man at the counter allowed me to walk by him to a locked restroom. I went back, asked if there was a key? He rudely said, what do you want? ready to take my order. I said I need to use the restroom before I order. He said, I just mopped in there, the floor is wet. I again said, I really need the restroom 1st. (Btw, there was a second‘employee’ bathroom). He again said the floor is wet. I said, you’re kidding? Fine, keep your subs, I’ll go to another Jon Smith’s Subs. Which I did. I will never go to this...
