THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! For me to trust this place to get pizza for my kids this is what I get! MOLD in my pizza! I order 2 pizzas between 8:45pm - 9pm, went home gave a slice to my 4 year old & 2 yr old and was eating the rest between my husband and I. Until I came to the crust of my 2nd slice and notice something weird. And to my unpleasant surprise MOLD on the crust of my slice!!!! I went back to return the 2 pizzas around 9:30 pm , I spoke to Taleah and she didnât hesitate to apologize and offer me my refund. But she then called another employee to come talk to me , her name is Tatyanna W. THE WORST RUDE EMPLOYEE! After showing her what was in my pizza all she said was âwhat do you want a refundâ DUH who would ask that after even seen MOLD. (NO APOLOGIZES WHAT SO EVER FROM HER) I told her of course I wanted a refund , her response was âWell itâs already half atenâ who in their right mind would even say that . Who goes to a pizza place SPEND THEIR money and STILL needs to INSPECT the pizza IF IT HAS MOLD OR IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH THE MEAL THAT IS BEING PAYED FOR AND TRUST THE RESTAURANT TO SERVE GOOD FOOD. She then proceeds to ask me for a receipt which I wasnât given. Until the other employee stepped back in and said she would take care of me. (If it wasnât for Taleah , the other employee probably wouldnât had given me a refund without a receipt) For this to be A DISGUSTING MISTAKE ON YOU GUYS , having an employee acting like if I was in the wrong for eating pizza that I expected to be GOOD QUALITY is stupid!!! And itâs not even about the $15 I spent ⌠is about the horror of having to think that my TODDLERS might of aten that!    Read morehorrible place! horrible customer service. me and coworker went for lunch and it took us 30 minutes to get a pizza and chicken wings. now on top of that we were charged for TWO pizzas and the girl said that she couldn't give us the refund back right away because we had paid half card and half cash so she had to void the whole order and we had to pay cash again for the entire bill. mind you we only wanted ONE PIZZA AND ONE ORDER OF CHICKEN WINGS and paid over 17 dollars than after we asked why it was so much she said that it was because of two pizzas when we only ordered one. today in total we spent 28.99 for one pizza and chicken wings of the size of my pinky. i cannot deal with the horrible customer service skills. oh and on top of that the girl tells us that it was our fault and that she wasn't going above and beyond for us because we asked for two pizzas,....honey, i know what i said when i said it. she was so rude on top of everything else because if know your wrong the least you can do is apologize but no she instead blames us lmaol. i feel for people like you honey...    Read morei gave cashier my order, after she asked for my order. she proceeded to point in my face to wait so she can give the pizza to a different customer. she rang up my order and i asked for the bathroom key, which she told me itâs not available for the public, which i am not due to me being a paying customer. she asked manager in the back to see if i can use it. manager came up to me and very rudely said that itâs on the door for public. im pregnant and really needed to use the bathroom. not even 2 minutes later one of the employees went to the bathroom and didnât even wash hands. i speak spanish, i heard her tell the cashier she knows im going to say something due to my facial expressions and i can hear them also saying that itâs not going to be used by public nor customers due to nobody cleaning it.. i believe this is not fault as a customer. manager should have someone clean it so itâs not such a inconvenience to paying customers. will never be back to...
