El churrascaso grill — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I am beyond disappointed with my order and service provided to me tonight. I placed my order via Uber Eats for pickup at around 10pm (expected pickup time 10:26pm). I arrived to the food truck at 10:40pm and my order was not ready, not to mention I was the only customer at the time. Three other pickups arrived after me and received their orders before me. I finally received my order after an hour and a half wait, but it gets better...... I opened up my bag to take my food out to start eating only to find what look like craps of whatever leftover meat (not the choice of meat I originally ordered) that was salty, dry and super chewy. You would think that the food would be piping hot granted the amount of time it took them to prepare it... NOPE!! This was one of my favorite food trucks in town, but I will not be returning. $38 food poor service and scraps of lukewarm food with not even an apology given for...

Customer service has proven to be extremely disappointing. After placing an order, I discovered that three items were missing from my delivery. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was met with indifference; it seemed there was little to no effort made to address the issue. This experience was particularly frustrating considering I had spent over $100 on my order, expecting a certain level of quality and service in return. Additionally, the quality of the food itself was far from satisfactory. The meat arrived raw and cold, which is unacceptable for any meal. The only item that was properly cooked was the chicken, but it was excessively salty, making it nearly inedible. It’s a hit or miss usual great food that justified the price But I ordered some food through GrubHub spent more than normal 40 something dollars on lamb chops sketch steak with white rice, black beans and mashed potatoes definitely something different for what I usually order.
