STAY AWAY FROM BADCOCK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Purchased a sofa set from these theives and the metal legs started to cave under within 2 days following delivery. It took a month of fighting with Lonnie (Acceptance Now finance mgr), Cindy ( Acceptance Now so called rep)& David (Badcock mgr) before they decided to come & pick up the poorly made sofa set. These people have no regards for customers! Lonnie and David refused to honor the exchange and told us we need to do an even exchange, we could not select a higher priced set & pay the difference. In addition to that they told us that our previous purchase of a box spring & mattress (June 22, 2016) is linked to the sofa account so if they were to take the sofa they would also need to take the box spring & mattress. I assure you, this is no joke! We agreed to return EVERYTHING and Lonnie told us he will refund the money we paid (a total of $610.00). After they came and removed the furnitures we didn't get the money so we called today. Cindy told us our refund is $42.00 and we were lucky to get $42.00. We've already contacted the news in an attempt to inform the public of badcock's new customer service practice. The store is nothing like it use to be.    Read moreBottom line: Skip Badcock, itâs a complete waste. The products are cheaply made, the warranty isnât worth anything, and the customer service is useless. I purchased a 3 piece living room set from Badcock South Florida. The furniture is very comfortable but the cushions gave out after about 18 months and if you sat on the couch you just sank in. We called for repair service because we purchased the warranty and they sent someone out that said he could add some foam to the cushions. He added a thin piece of foam to 1 of 6 seats, which did nothing and did not fix the springs. We called again, and were told that the couches could not be fixed but we could come in and get a $500 credit toward new products from the store. We went to the store to pick something out, and were told that it was now $450, and we would have to return the living room set as a condition of the credit. We asked where in the warranty terms this was stated and were told it isnât written, just store policy. These new terms were completely unreasonable and I had already paid to have the pieces fixed because it was NOT unfixable, they just wouldnât be making money by fixing it. When I did have it fixed, I found the original cushions to have 1 inch foam which is entirely ridiculous for a living room couch set. Typical seats have 3 inch high...

I was promptly greeted by the sales staff upon entering the store. They advised that if I had any questions about the furniture, or appliances to please ask as they were there to help me and to also take my time, and make myself at home. While browsing the showroom floor, I felt no pressure to buy and was later approached by the Branch manager who greeted me with a smile, hand shake, and then asked if she could be of any help. As a small business owner,, and recently retired local law enforcement officer. I am always seeking and searching for quality products, exceptional value, and most importantly customer service. I strive to do business with people who can demonstrate a sincere interest in the product they represent, and who will take the time to personally make you feel comfortable. Meeting with the sales staff, along with the branch manager, quickly satisfied those needs. The entire staff had honestly made me feel at ease, and that I was at the right furniture store.
