I took my daughter to get her nails done for her bday- before she sat down she showed the guy there the nails that she wanted & he said sure i could do that, mind you the guy looked like he was hung over waking up from a deep sleep looked a mess. As he is doing her nails the guy cut her a few times nails had no shape the guy kept getting up to go smoke came back smelling straight up like cigarettes. When he was finished he tells her i cant do no design mind you he said he could before starting. When i saw the nails after he was done the nails looked like press on, acrylic all over her fingers, nails uneven a complete hot mess- i told him to fix them as he goes to fix them he cuts her some more - I stopped him and told him don’t worry bout it and btw im not paying for the horrible service he goes to cut her nails off then made a comment saying you lucky i dont chop her fingers off— excuse me i would flip this entire salon upside down if you dare touch another finger of my daughter’s Worse experience ever by far. They need to do better when it comes to hiring people. We were not the only people complaining bout him the lady that sat down after my daughter got right back up bc of how rough we was...

So I walked in the other day, asked the girl who is so-called owner whether I could get a pedicure because it was getting late, she said yes, as I went to sat on the chair, the nail tech informed me that it was too late after the same lady spoke with her in a foreign language. This is unprofessionalism at it's best. People who have no customer service skills whatsoever took over a salon and don't know how to communicate with people and provide good service. If it wasn't for existing ladies who can never seem to quit this place , this shop would have definitely closed down. As I left, no one said sorry and...

Nail Boutique 2 is amazing! I got a $25 pedicure (since I didn’t get gel), and my girlfriend got a beautiful French tip manicure for $45 and a pedicure for $45. We were seen right away, and the staff was so friendly and professional, making sure we were comfortable the whole time. The quality of our nails and toes was perfect; super smooth and exactly what we wanted. The salon had such a relaxing and fun vibe, and we felt totally pampered.
