bb.q Chicken Palmdale — Restaurant in Palmdale

I originally left a 5/5 review, but after months of ordering from here and issues I’ve changed my review. They are consistently giving something wrong in our order. Today I ordered Rose flavor, which is lighter in color and not spicy, but they gave me original, which is darker in color and mildly spicy. I called and let them know we are taking it back because this has happened before. The person over the phone asked if I ordered incorrectly. NO. My husband got there and the cashier claimed that it is the Rose flavor I asked for. NOOOO. My husband asked them to remake it. It’s one thing to keep making our orders wrong, but to make it wrong and then tell us WE are wrong is kind of crazy. Photo is of what they gave me (original) on the top and what I wanted (rose) on the bottom. There’s a clear difference. The manager was trying to argue that we were wrong and that’s how they make it and the cooks suggested we were just trying to get free food!

On another occasion, my husband waited 40 minutes for our order just for them to tell him it wasn’t going to be ready for another 20 minutes because they had to remake it and my husband had to go pick up our kids from school and return for the food. So, over...

My husband and I accidentally came across this place during their “soft opening”. We were extremely hungry and as soon as we saw it was new, and in the AV we had to give it a try. We ordered the Soy Garlic, Spicy Galbi wings and they were delicious. Super crunchy, flavorful, not too saucy. We got the Ddeok-Bokki, amazing - seriously one of the best we’ve tried. Fried dumplings was also so good! We have been saying for weeks we want to go back and we did today. We ordered the Gangnam Style wings, Kimchi fried rice, fries, and of course Ddeok-Bokki. We were not disappointed, only that we had not gone back sooner! This place is pricey, but the quality in the food and flavor makes it 100% worth it. Kimchi fried rice surprised us. So hard to not order the same items over again because it’s so good! Hoping to try everything...

First time ever trying Korean Fried Chicken and bb.q chicken. My family mentioned it regarding another location and they said they love it so I had to try it. I asked for recommendation and they said soy garlic. I agree!!! I also had their spicy original which is more like a slightly spicier fried chicken wing but nothing close to Nashville spicy. I am 💯 okay with this as I like wings with a kick but not burning my mouth.

It is made fresh so it took awhile but I thankfully had ordered online but there was only one person as the cashier and a lot of people already in line.

There's like two tables so first come first served if you want to dine in. It isn't really a place for you to eat there.
