G & V Electronic — Local services in Palmdale

I stopped by this shop to ask about window tinting it was around 4 or 5 PM. There was nobody there. I kept saying hello and ended up walking through the side door. I couldn't tell who owned the business or who worked there. I wasn't greeted by anyone or told that someone would be right with me. A customer was helped with putting his speaker in his vehicle. I went outside and somebody in front of my car just waiting. Another person and what looks like had the company tshirt on - came outside of the business and walked to a shelf and was just on his phone - like he was occupied with who knows what. Meanwhile, the guy helping the customer walked right passed me. I swear - I felt so INVISIBLE like I didn't exist. STILL no one said welcome I'll be right with you...NOTHING. I got it my vehicle and drove away. I was there for almost 10 mins and would have waited patiently as long as I was acknowledged. The people who worked there could have simply said "Hello". Regardless, if I'm a potential customer or just curious, with someone (which I wasn't) it doesn't matter. Good customer service goes a long way! So I will go back to the tinting business on Ave Q who welcomed me into their business and actually let me see some of their work. G&V just lost a potential customer I won't go back or recommend anyone if you are looking for good customer service and...

I was reading previous reviews and was a bit scheptical of going there but i have personally seen bad reviews of other places on yelp and yet have had a great experience so i thought i would give this place a try and therefore i did now mind you that this is a mom and pops place, some of these people on here bashing about bad service and prices seem ridiculous because i have been dealing with systems for a VERY long time and the prices where a bit high but that's normal for the AV, you can not compare Swapmeet prices to Best Buy (multi million dollar company) to a mom and pop/swapmeet the have to be able to stay in business and i take my hat off for a place i have seen open and staying in buisness for many many years *i support local small buisness as for attitudes they where not the friendliest people, the guy i spoke to with great english to was a bit serious but i was picking his brain and the guy knew what he was talking about, and at the end of the day they aren't there to make friends but to get the job done and ultimately is all i care about, if i want a smile and greatings i go to Disneyland if i want a job well done on my audio and radio i will definitely go back there. The worst place to get your tints i went in to get my suv tinted from the begging they don’t have good customer service they care little to no knowledge of what they are doing they say yes to everything when they where finished with my tint I noticed that they didn’t leave it clean all smeared with like a cream they use I told the guy there hey are you going to leave it like that he replied yes it has to dry off I was like ok I guess went home next day cleaned it my self scratches and bubbles all over the tint went back to shop and right of he started with he’s attitude and said I am not going to make it look like it came off the show room my car is a 2023 like come on could of told me that from the beginning and that would have been a red flag from the beginning don’t recommend this place the worst in the AV.
