Me and my husband came to this store around October. When me and my husband walked in, we was not greeted at all, instead they sent a employee to me to tell me I could not bring my purse in the store, and that I had to leave it at the front of the store. Now I'm completely confused by this and was going to argue with the lady but my husband convince me to just give them my purse and not ruin our night, so I gave her my purse. While me and my husband are walking around I notice a couple of ladies walking around with their purse in the store. At first I thought the employee did not see this and she will say something.

When I saw the employee who told me I could not have my purse in the store, helping a couple of women in the store with their purse in front of her I was pissed because I realized that I was racially discriminated against. I'm black and ladies walking around with their purse was white and Latino. I was so upset that I told my husband I want to leave. He went to the front of the store and talked to, who I believe, was the manager and asked him to give him back my purse and that he thought there was a no purse policy but we see a couple of women with their purses. he says there is, and proceeded to call the women employee a moron while giving me back my purse. now about a week ago they did the same thing to my sisters who went their and guess what? all the women that was not black had their purses while they was telling my sister she had to give her purse up. First time going to this store ..very huge selection.. Was able to get out with my purchase of $226.28. My biggest mistake was not looking at the size of this cute outfit I selected with the help of the girl employee..it's a small size .and am a xlarge 😔..so when I realized the mistake, I immediately call the store, if it was possible to make an exchange to the correct size and I was told that by law in california... No exchange or refund can be done ...the outfit was $50.... I was asked by the male employee if I had tried it on....lol ...really?? .would someone of an XL size really fit in a small size ?..that's a joke !!.. Ooh and something else ...please don't say at check out what your customers are taking home out loud .. while you have other customers nearby and can hear...not everyone is comfortable to have others know the exact name to our items...you were very loud and I had a male guy behind me...

First and LAST TIME Coming here completely rude so upset I came 3 citys over just to be treated the way I was. We walked in and was asked to show ID ( NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL even tho no one after us was asked to show any ID) then the guy working tells me I can not come inside with my purse because HE felt like it was to big In his eyes. The store as a purse on the wall that say "MAXIMUM SIZE" you could literally put my purse in it and STILL have room! his tone and delivery were completely unprofessional and uncalled for. A person only has to tell me once my money isn't welcomed! I will NEVER come back to this establishment nor will I have anyone come here. We do have more options to shop! Ended up going to a touch of romance spent my $378.57 with them...
