I love this place. The tortillas are handmade, the salsas come in ketchup squirters, and their food is always fresh. I showed up once and tried to pay with my debit card. However my debit card was not working and yet they still made my order under the condition that I run to the nearest bank and get cash out. This was very nice of them because they were just about to close and trusted that I would come back with the money and not let them waste their time and food. When I came back with no money, my food was ready to be picked up and they even threw in a few sauces for me which I highly recommend. Their service is great but sometimes they might take a while to make your meal, but that's totally understandable because their food is always made fresh. The other day I came in on a Sunday morning hoping to eat in with the family and I left embarrassed and annoyed. Ordered a Fanta bottle and it came with no fizz/gas, I confronted the waiter and asked for a new one and she told me she’d get back to me with an offer or news. She never came back so when I brought it up to her again 15 minutes later she told me to talk to the manager myself. Ridiculous.

I goto the cashier who happens to be the manager and he’s insistent, doesn’t help me at all, doesn’t offer me any form of compensation. I don’t understand what the situation is for you to pull teeth with me over giving me back my 3$, or just handing me a better soda. I ended up asking for my food to go, don’t come here expecting...

Home made tortillas, I love it! not that many restaurants give tacos w home made tortillas, I recommend them. All the food that I have tried is very good, just make sure that when u order birria on a plate , that they give u meat cs once in a while u will get fat; but is true the waiting is ridiculous , they need to hire more people so the waiting can b no more than 20 or 30 minutes. They also need to b organize better n not to keep people on hold for a long time on the phone neither.
