I will start off with why I am upset. I am upset that I did not know about this place sooner! Wow! The staff and owner are so friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and love the vibe of this place. Service was top notch. I had the green tea to drink and they sweeten it perfectly. Not too much and not too little.
We started off with the coconut chicken soup. So good and soothing. I would LOVE to order it every time I get sick because it seems PERFECT for that. I caught myself just sipping on that broth alot. Get this soup! The lemony coconut base was so good.
Next dish, the papaya salad. So refreshing and tasty. I definitely want to try it with a little bit of spice next time but it was PERFECT without it, too. If you want a salad, go with the papaya salad.
I love me some Thai fried rice and this is the first place I have been to that offers it with pork belly, so we had to. I quite enjoy the way they make their pork belly. Slight crunch on the outside. It had a soft chicharron vibe to it and complimented the rice really well. So tasty.
I LOVE pad see iew so I had to get it. We got it with beef and it was so good. Great flavor, perfect amount of veggies, and I just really enjoyed it. My least favorite of what we got but still damn good.
Now it's time for my ABSOLUTE MOST FAVORITE... the spicy egg plant! Wow, I was blown away by this. Protein chosen for this one was chicken and it all complimented each other so well. Bursting with flavor and the egg plant was perfect. Even if I hated all the other items, which I didn't at all, I would keep coming back just for the spicy egg plant. WOW!
I usually get green curry when I get Thai but wanted to try something new. So we got the roasted duck curry. Wow! I personally recommend getting it with it's standard spice because it was PLENTY for this dish. Made a big fan of my partner as she LOVED it and so did I. Way to make it difficult for me to pick a curry in the future.
This place is top tier in so many ways. I usually dislike driving to Palmdale for food as I live in north west Lancaster. With places like this, a trip to east Palmdale isn't a problem at all. I can't wait to come back...

Read moreMy first visit here. I usually rate a Thai restaurant based on how they make Pad See Ew.Which is actually a more traditional dish in Thailand for families to have after coming home from work because it is easy, fast but very tasty. This time though I tried something different. The Koi See Mee( their spelling), this dish listed under "noodles" is a misnomer. It should be under "soups" because it is not made with a gravy but rather very, very soupy, so be careful. It was good though but not what I expected. I also ordered Pad Thai that most of us think is the traditional Thai dish. This was okay, I have had better, it had too much tamarind in the sauce and the noodles stuck together which should not happen. Everyone it appears, to rate this place higher with up to 5 stars. I do not yet believe that it has earned that yet. I will update when I go back and order the Pad See Ew. But I must say the menu is extensive and the place has a modern look not typical of most Thai...
