La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Palmdale

Went there to buy 2 dozen popsicles, two large mangonadas, 2 large drinks and one frescas con crema. Over $70 later, found out that they don't even have a box for the 26 popsicles that I purchased which were melted by the time I came home. Since the plastic covering the ice cream is open at the bottom, when they melted, they spilled all over the plastic bag that she stuffed all of them in. What a waste!

I asked for a cover for the mangonada and I was told that the cup is too large for the cover. Strange, we were just there last weekend and I got a cover for the large then.

The checkout girl's response... "No one ever complains". Really??? Don't they want people to buy a lot of their ice cream? We thought it would be nice to support a local business and their success, but to be honest, this will be our last visit there. The customer service was uncaring and terrible. This location is terrible. The girls there are very rude and the way they treat customers is horrible. I have been going to La Michoacana since before they opened this location from the san fernando location to sylmar to this one but this one seems to need some help. I am here at 9:35pm on a Sunday evening and again you have a young girl at the door not letting anyone in saying theyre closed when it clearly shows the operating hours open til 10 pm and this is constant with this location they are always closing early for their convenience and it makes no sense and to top it off to have rude girls working for you simply just makes this place tough to come into. Now its 9:47 and you have another girl letting people out and choosing to let other people she wants in. Thanks a lot for making someone feel unwanted. I went there excited to get what I usually get & the lady helping me was really rude & had a bad attitude ...I understood they had an hour left until they closed but there was no need to be that rude. She didn't greet me, right away she said the only things they had available because they were about to closed, she didn't even ask what flavor of ice cream I wanted just assumed & SHE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES.
