Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Palmdale

Husband asked for HOT coffee roast hazelnut flavor and instead of another substitution was given ICED coffee pure coffee no sugar or flavor creamer. On top of that asked for egg,cheese and ham warm crossaint with additional item of avocado charged for add but no item in sandwich and used Black Forest ham which made it sour and taste very bad. Not asked what kind of ham or told it’s only option. Does not have what yum yum menu says they should have and highly recommend not stopping at this location because they also make you wait a while to get your order all wrong and let clients after you get their order first because “he was late to work, in a rush, a regular customer” doesn’t matter it’s disrespectful since it’s unfair to customer waiting for...

The guy on the register is rude we always go everything we go wash next to them and one day we went and didn't know they had changed how they take orders so we walked in trying to order and he rudely told us that we had to pay first then when another customer came in they took his order and then had him pay so they pick and choose then we went today after a long time and he was really rude they called out a number witch was not mine and then the girl said that's yours so I said I heard another number and then when I got my stuff I was walking g out and the guy was shooting sarcastic and was like aaaaddddsiiiioooosssssssss never again are we going super rude not the first time...

Found bug inside my hot chocolate and it was inside my mouth I told the people that were there that I wanted a refund and they said they couldn't do a refund because they needed to contact their manager and they couldn't contact the manager and asked me to come back the next day which didn't make sense to me I spent $12 they could have took that out of the register and gave me my money back I will never go back to this place to sit into my hot chocolate and there's a bug inside my mouth was very traumatizing I'm already scared of bugs so that made it worse I will never ever in my life...
