Superior Grocers — Local services in Palmdale

I love this place. Butcher is highly skilled and informed, not to mention friendly. The produce is great, super fresh and stays misty. The bakery and hot meals stations are 100% of the time just out of the oven fresh. I wish there was more room in case you want to eat there before you blow all your money while grocery shopping hungry. On top of all that this place stays clean, well stocked and full of friendly employees that are quick to help. If you sign up you can even get coupons sent to your phone which really help unlike a lot of other grocery stores. So I e been to this store many times and hadn't had problems but sometimes the produce selections are questionable regarding freshness and how some of the greens are starting to wilt. However today i had an incident where a 6pack of 1 gallon water slipped and fell on my foot after I took a pack off the top. The way they displayed it wasn't safe and I was the first person to take it off the shelf. It took 8 minutes to speak to someone who may have been a manager and no one came to check on me after I made a painful yelp when the case fell. I'm sure it was caught on camera but I notified them about it instead of filing an incident report to make sure no one else gets hurt or...

The ladies that cut the sandwich meat are extremely rude. My mom has bought sandwich meat from there for yrs and the ladies have always given her an attitude about how she wants it cut. If the job is to big for them maybe they shouldn't be in the position. Or have signs up saying they are unable to cut sandwich meat thin and that it can only be done if you want thick sandwich meat. Also that they are not trained in customer service. The ladies response and attitude towards my mom yesterday was uncalled for and disrespectful and upsets me knowing she was treated in that manor.
