Took 6 minutes for a barista to come to the counter for our order. Thats not unheard at Starbucks because they focus mainly on the drive-thru. There was one person in front of me ordering a coffee. She had a AT&T shirt on. The barista saw this shirt and proceeded to talk about how he used to work there at a different store. They continue gossiping over his past job for a good 4-5 minutes before the lady noticed I was waiting and told me I could go ahead. Not the employee, the customer. The barista looked annoyed as if my order was interfering with his gossip time. I had my 4 year old daughter with me. The only items we wanted were from the front counter. A juice pouch and a cake pop. After I paid for my order I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for the hard working baristas in the back to bring my cake pop while the barista thar took my order continued his personal conversation with the random customer. Oh, I forgot to mention he gave the lady her coffee for free because they used to work for the same company. I should have never waited this long for my items while this employee just sat there. That employee was the store manager named Eazy. Shame...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I placed an online order to be picked up through drive thru. When I got there they had closed off the drive thru area, so I had to get off to pick up my order inside. Turns out the doors were locked and they were closed. I waited outside knocking on the door for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to see me. The two workers inside saw me and ignored me. At this point I was already irritated and wanted a refund. I showed them my phone through the window so they could see I had place an order. They continued to ignore me, which was very frustrating. They couldn't even go up to the door to see how they could help me. They were closing 2 hours earlier than usual and they didn't even update that on the app, letting me place the order. Even on Google their hours aren't updated. I called them while I was outside to let them know I wanted a refund but they didn't answer the phone. Overall rude service. Will not return. If you place an order online, I would recommend you call the store first to make sure they're open, since I guess they can't update...
Read moreI usually don’t write anything but I have to let others know and more if the boss see this because they are loosing a lot of customers.. I come here almost everyday and buy lots of drinks spend like $20-$60 every time I come and not counting my family!!!!
Now they don’t want divide a tranta drink into 2 cups, they see you have lot of drinks and they get mad of serving them, they rush you in the drivetrhu sometimes in rude way, they don’t care if you tell them they argue with their customers, I have come at drive thru 10:20 they close at 10:30 and they just don’t want to sell they said they are close ??? I don’t know it’s because they know me I buy lots of drinks but hello it’s $60 dollars who would it be happy to have a customer that spends that money! That’s because they are not the ones loosing the owner is the one loosing not them they don’t care if customer leave... and I don’t feel confortable coming anymore!!! And I am not saying all of the workers here are like that but their is like 2 lady’s the rest...
