Poke Junction - Palmdale — Restaurant in Palmdale

Update (2/5): The last two times we have gone to Poke Junctions, the spicy tuna has been gritty, looks a bit gray, and tastes off. Also, the restaurant now slices the green onions 1/4” thick and the cucumbers and jalapeños extremely thick. The staff does not seem to care about the quality of the food. Hello there, i went about a week ago and im not going to lie its a clean and healthy environment. only minor step back is that this one lady there is so rude, shes always there when i go and she always has a mask on so i don't hear here rudely talking under her breath about me. i've always loved coming here to eat but now i think i'll just order on the phone or doordash because seriously WHAT!!!
