Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Palmdale

Starbucks inside Alberstons. I was there earlier today Sunday September 17,2017 around 3pm. This was the worst Starbucks experience ever and the worst Starbucks customer service worldwide. I read old reviews to make sure its not only me and I agree that this location has the laziest Batista's ever and the most rude. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I asked the guy if they have any special flavors to add . He totally ignored me and started a conversation with another employee. And with the most rude tone without even looking at me he said " what was the drink?!" So I had to repeat what I said again and again I was totally ignored. He said your total is $3.85 I handled him a $5 bill and I turned my back talking to my friend waiting for my change. He didn't even bother to take the money! It was still on the counter and he turned his back making the drink! The other employee noticed the money still there. She took it and gave me my change. This is not it!! Guess what. I received a peach ice tea lemonade. I took it and left without even bothering to ask for another drink. I didn't get my receipt and I don't remember the young guy name. one of the baristas was extremely rude. she misheard a part of our order and said we ordered a grande when my brother who was reading off a note and doesn’t even know the sizing for starbucks ordered. I work in the same shopping center. This Starbucks is always out of something, when the barista does not know how to make a specific drink they said our "machine is broken" then you go later and they tell you it was never broken 💔, they are always short in staff (girls always look overwhelmed) so be ready to wait a long time and now they are constantly closed. Obviously, corporation doesn't even care because is been like this for months maybe a year.
