We ordered my daughters furniture on a Sunday with the intentions of picking it up the following Saturday. I called on Wednesday to make sure they were going to have it on Saturday. They told me it was in and ready to be picked up. The next day, I received another call telling me that my furniture was ready to be picked up. My husband and I arrived on Saturday with two separate vehicles for the furniture. We waited about 20 minutes before they let us know that our furniture was no longer there. We can only assume that they sold it to somebody else and didn't really care that it was already sold to someone. Needless to say they wanted to make up for it and have it delivered which was going to be on the following Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to see if it was ready and I was told they would call me back. I got a call back and was told the order wasn't complete and there was a mistake, however, they were going to deliver what they had and give us a loaner bed. I agreed. What I had forgot was during my purchase, the sales person was in a rush to write down my order and had wrote down my address incorrectly because he was in a hurry to attend to his son who was sitting nearby. My order was supposed to be delivered Wednesday at 5 PM. As it approached 6 o'clock, I was getting very upset. I called customer service and they left for the day. I ended up calling the sales people and they said they would try to help me but are not supposed to get involved, however, she would call me back in 10 minutes. I never got a call back. I drove to the store at 7pm and was told they couldn't help me. I asked for the sales person on the floor to call the manager or anyone who could help. At first, he said there was no one to call because everyone was home already. I was persistent, so he had me wait and said he was going to call someone. I waited and he returned stating all they could do is have me call tomorrow and speak to the customer service to get it resolved. A delivery person actually walked by and inquired what was going on. He told me my delivery wasn't even on the list for delivery. I was so angry of their lack of incompetence. Even if my address was wrong on the order my phone number was there to verify address but that wasn't even the case because I was not scheduled for a delivery. I felt so bad for my daughter because she sold her furniture and has been waiting patiently for her new furniture. I in boxed the owner on Facebook Norb because I wanted to make a formal complaint as there was no option on the website to make a complaint or speak to someone with authority. I never received a reply from the owner. I did get part of the furniture and the loaner bed on Thursday. The customer service supervisor started avoiding my calls to get the status of the bed delivery. Then it took two weeks to finally get the bed which was yesterday. The customer service supervisor told me she was going to give me some mattress covers for my daughters bed and mine. Guess what! I never received it. Read moreFirst I will start with, I have purchased most of my home furnishings from Select Home Furnishings. We purchased our bedroom set, living room sectional, coffee table, end table, wine cabinet and dining room set, from Select. I really like the furnishing, but the customer service leads a bit to be desired.
The sectional we purchased is not holding up well. The seat cushion is deforming. It no longer is a flat surface, it’s all rippled. We went into the store and told them about the cushion problem. We were told that since it was past the 1 year factory warranty (by 2 months) there was nothing they could do. We also had an incident with our dining room table in which our dog scratched the whole top surface. We were told when we purchased the dining set that if we purchased the warranty it would cover any damage to the set. I verified with the sales person before we purchased the warranty that it would cover anything caused by our pet. We were assured it would. When we put in our claim the warranty company stated “Nothing Pet Related” is covered. This really upset me, we paid I believe over $2,500 for our dining set and the warranty, now we have a messed up table that we will have to have fixed out of our pocket.
I would think that after everything we have purchased something would be done about our couch seat and our dining table.
FYI, I have called the customer service department about both these issues and was told they would get back to me and they never did. I went into the store and spoke to Peter, he said he would speak to someone about our issues and we haven’t heard back from him either.

Read moreIf I could give this place a 0 stars I would placed my order back in September 7th we're now in December and guess what I still don't have my stuff, they had an issue with my 1st order therefore Had to go back to choose a different fabric material since it was no longer available. So after choosing my new fabric it appears they never submitted my updated material so my order just sat there, the expected lead time had been reached yet I have not received furniture so since they had to resubmit that order there would have been another delayed for another 6 weeks so I decided I wanted to order something different instead since my items were not even in production yet so placed new order they gave me a lead time of 6-8 weeks totally fine since I did end up making a chance they never reached out to me to let me know my new order would be late I found out since I contacted them for an update on the ETA and that's when they stated that my order would be late at least 2 more weeks but it can potentially be longer. At this point I'm so frustrated with the entire situation... I don't know if I should just keep my order or just get a full refund, they said if i go with another furniture place it will be the same issue since everyone is behind schedule due to COVID. my brother order from Ashley's and he got his sofas very quickly within 2-4 week lead time.
