Alright alright 😊 y'all know I love being able to write a great review, so here we go 😂😂 now im not a smoothie type dude at all no coffee ☕️ tea 🫖 bagel 🥯 ill piss a Starbucks off if they seen me coming 🤣 but wifey been pushing me to go to JUICE IT UP for a minute. Now the 1st time we went in ELI took care of us, I just got the same drink as wifey did [STRAWBERRY🍓WAVE] Which was real nice, but for me personally I could live without it 🤷 2nd time wifey slid us in there Ms Cindy took care of us. Now, I actually L👀KED at the board saw a strawberry lemonade drink & thought we'll I can't go wrong with this. Wifey got her same OL 🙄 strawberry wave, & I tasted minds and it just didn't have a kick to it, no real flavor more of a summer light drink I just knew Cindy didn't blend my drink write 🤣 UNNTILLL⏱️ Wifey takes us back the 3rd time LORD 🙄.. This time Cindy & Eli is both working, & let me say this (REAL QUICK) Im very observant for my readers 🧐 Every time I walked in it smelled so fresh & yummy, these two are very clean & fast their work ethic is phenomenal & they're very valuable to the company, they know exactly what they're doing 🫡 So I said to Cindy umm that strawberry drink I got last time was kind of light on the fruits 😅 & Cindy Broke the drink down to me like a professor 🕵‍♀️ I knew the fruit levels freeze temp & where the drink was founded by the time she was done. 🤣 Then it happened yall, my boy Eli made me the Raspberry drink 😝 Look I don't know the exact name but its like the 3rd fruit drink on the board y'all 🙏🏼 MY GAWD 🙏🏼 all ima say is by time me & wifey got back to the car I was walking back in for another Large my boyz took my first one over 🤣 & I can now say with my chest 👊👍 im a smoothie dude 😅 & THIS I CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT 🫡 listen when i say this, Your drink is there it may take a few tries but I can promise, you will find your life line in there 😂 & as ALWAYS...

This has been my go-to place for a while for smoothies. And even though they have gotten pricey I still enjoy them almost once a week. Well this week I went, placed my order on the app and even took my time getting in the store in case they were busy. I have to say the smoothie quality is very good but that about it. Unfortunately I think they've hired new people and the customer service is not as good. I had an experience with a young lady and she was very rude, short in her responses even though my order took 15 minutes longer than the pick up time the app stated. There was no apologies provided at all. She was rude not just to me but the other customers as well.

And the cleanliness has declined. The floor was so sticky my sandals were sticking. The small sitting area was dirty as well. Not sure what happened because I was just there 6/7 and there was no issue. Still great...

Why have happy hour if you don't give it to the customer? You know between a certain time, it is $1 or $2 off, why isn't it just taken off? Their happy hour doesn't make a customer happy. If a customer didn't know and didn't ask, they don't get it even though the cashier knows but once they ring it you dont get the discount when I just saw the sign. Really 😵???? I canceled my order. I won't be back, not an honest place. Not pleased at all with the workers or service. As high as your prices are , I would expect better service and friendly workers. I just got money back...
