Marinelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Palmer Township

I’ve been coming here for years since I’ve been working in Easton and I’ve never had bad treatment here. I called in my order which was a slice and pick it up . There was a woman in line in front of me. She paid for her order and then sat down to wait for it. I step up closer to the counter and the woman didn’t even look at me and turned her back towards me to watch the pizzas in the oven i guess. I kept looking in her direction and the cooks direction to let them know I’m waiting. The cook tells her in Spanish that I’m waiting… she turned around looks at me and says something back to him. She still didn’t ask me what i need. Eventually when the woman before food was ready, she took it and left. Then the woman came back to the counter and ask me if I need something …. DUHH THIS IS A PIZZERIA , I’m not here just to watch. I told her i was waiting for my order that i CALLED IN. Conveniently it was sitting in a bag all packed up and ready. She gives it to me and says “oh i thought u were with the lady”… how did u think i was with the previous customer when SHE SAT DOWN AND I WAS STANDING AT THE COUNTER WITH MY CASH IN MY HAND. Ok I work at L.A fitness and on my break ordered a grilled chicken wrap...initially they told me 40 minutes for the wrap which is first of all a little lengthy considering they are right down the road but ok I was cool with it I’m an understanding kinda girl....but then they bring it 1 hr and 20 min later and I’m starving at this point and my break is over but I start opening it take a bite and a bug starts crawling on my finger cause it came off the wrap then I call them to get another one well initially I wanted a refund but again my understanding and hungry self took over so I’m like ok and I wait another 1 hr and 30 mins and they didn’t show so the girl at their front counter calls me at the gym cause they didn’t have my cell and says my manager just dropped the second one did you get it?!? Lol I’m like no not unless Casper delivered it!! They drove it to another gym and gave them my wrap so I got another one and 1hr later lol so I’m hoping I still got my refund and this wrap was free the food isn’t all that bad but this was a huge mistake on...

Stick with their pizza. I’ve had it and always solid. Staff is always very nice and welcoming. This review based only on an Italian hoagie and a chicken cheese steak hoagie. Their menu calls them “subs,” so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. I’m also a diehard Primo fan, always getting the sharp Italian.That’s the place to go for a hoagie! This “sub” is fine if you’re not familiar with Philly hoagies and just want a big ham and cheese w/ LTO sandwich. Fair job with the rolls, though I don’t think they’re Amoroso, they are fresh and just the right kind of chewy. Taste was pretty bland overall. Meat looked to be just two slices of boiled ham and one of salami and provolone, no capacola or prosciutto. The lettuce was fresh enough but cut in roughly 1/4 inch strips vice shredded finely. I could not detect any spices like oregano, salt, pepper. The chicken cheesesteak hoagie was similar. Couldn’t detect any cheese. Same wide-cut lettuce.
