Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palmerton

Ordered online on the app. When we arrived to pick it up the drinks were there but none of the other items ordered. We ordered two donuts and two apple fritters. The man at the counter asked if we needed something. I told them what was missing and he asked for a name on the order. I told him and ge couldn’t find the slip. The other worker pulled it out of the trash can and handed it to the worker. The donuts we ordered were in stock but not the apple fritters. I asked if I could have donuts to replace the apple fritters. He sighed and said yeah I guess I can do that. Very rudely told me that if I want apple fritters I need to come early in the morning. I was shocked that they threw the receipt away knowing there were items missing from our order. I will no longer be visiting this DD. I will be going to Starbucks which lets you know they are out of an item when you order it and and the staff...

This happened with me the second time hence this review. The customer service is well below par, first time around I ordered bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with coffee light and extra sweet and hash brown, the coffee had no sugar and the hash brown and the sandwich was cold. This time around I ordered the same sandwich and I had to remind the employee who took my order if anyone is making my sandwich after waiting for 5-6 mins (there was only one other customer besides me) he then made the sandwich and it came out cold, the bacon was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, just waste of money basically. The employee knew I waited a while and didn’t even apologize and acknowledge that I was there. He simply put my order on the counter and walked away. I had to ask if that is my order.. I have worked in service industry for years and I think it’s absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t go...

I've had more than a few not so great experiences at this Dunkin location. No one in there seems to know what they are supposed to be doing or how to do any of it. I was just there and ordered a latte, was told they could make any lattes. Ok fune, ill just have a medium holiday roast with cream and sugar and a coffee roll please. ..... the boy behind the counter quite literally reached out, grabbed the coffee roll and slapped it into my hand. No bag, no anything. Who is training these kids??? Also, the coffee i order, which was supposed to be cream and sugar, had NO sugar and quite seriously, one drop of cream. It was basically a black coffee. Add to that the young school.kids running around, banging into everyone, etc. I wish someone could help this place...
