Read moreAromas Del Peru in Palmetto Bay has always been one of those spots I knew was good, but tonight reminded me just how great it really is. I’ve ordered takeout and delivery a handful of times, and it always hit the spot. But this was my first time sitting down to eat in the restaurant, and honestly, it was on another level. We started with the ceviche mixto, which was hands down one of the best I’ve had in South Florida. Super fresh, citrusy, just the right amount of spice. Traci had the pulpo a la parrilla, and I kept reaching over for bites. Perfectly grilled, tender, full of smoky flavor. I went with the ají de gallina, and it brought that rich, creamy comfort you only get from authentic Peruvian food done right. We each had a traditional pisco sour and they were on point. Cold, balanced, and smooth with that classic foamy top. You can tell they don’t cut corners here. But what really made the night special was our waitress, Suyapa. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel at home. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing experience. That kind of service sticks with you. If you’ve only ever had Aromas as takeout, do yourself a favor and eat in. The food, the atmosphere, and the service all come together in a way that just hits different. Already looking forward to the next time...

Absolutely disgusted by this bussers actions and lack of consideration. The manager Luis apologized and that wasn’t enough I came here to celebrate my birthday along with my daughter and them throwing our food and drinks in the trash was absolutely unacceptable. If you come here I advise that you don’t think of visiting the bathroom...
