Yesterday marked our move-in day, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience! Helen, and all the other staff I had a pleasure of interacting with, and the Indigo Palmetto Bay team made this transition a breeze, and I'm thrilled to call this wonderful community our new home. Speaking of our new home, Indigo Palmetto Bay is nothing short of spectacular! It exudes a vibrant Brickell downtown vibe while nestled in the serene suburb of Palmetto Bay. One of my personal highlights has to be the heated saltwater pool – a true luxury. The two-story gym, complete with a smith machine and that innovative Tonal personal trainer mirror, adds an extra layer of convenience and fitness to our lifestyle.

The tap machine offering a daily glass of beer or wine is a delightful touch, and the club room with its game tables and games provides endless entertainment options. Grilling enthusiasts will appreciate the gas grills, and the modern bathrooms and kitchens are not only stylish but also highly functional.

One unique feature I adore is the first-floor balconies that offer access to the street or courtyard, depending on your apartment. This added flexibility makes it feel like you're truly a part of the vibrant community.

Moreover, the location is fantastic! There's a lot to do nearby, and the area boasts numerous cool food places, adding even more to the charm of Indigo Palmetto Bay.

My husband and I love living at Indigo Palmetto Bay, and the Indigo Ladies, Helen, Connie, and Janely are one of the top reasons we're so happy. The application process was a bit involved for us as we had just moved from NY, and this was our first time renting an apartment, but the ladies walked us through every step and stayed positive the entire process. They kept in touch with us, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care. The ladies work so well together as a team, and now 8 months later, they greet us by name and make it a point to let everyone know they are special. They are so awesome at addressing concerns, and ensuring that any issue we might have is taken care of quickly and properly. So professional!!! A week ago we had a question about reserving the loading dock, my husband went to the office numerous times, with different questions, but they stayed patient, no attitude, and extremely gracious. It was seamless! Oh and the community events they host are always a blast!!! Our 2/2 is spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed. The building has all the amenities you can ask for, a stunning lobby, a sparkling salt water pool, with a ton of loungers, multiple TV's, a full on game room and gym, a pet spa, 3 grills, complimentary coffee and a fabulous wine and beer tap. The grounds, and interior are well maintained, and I love the fragrant Gardenia trees. Palmetto Bay Park is right next door! I truly can't say enough good things about Indigo. Since the moment we entered the building we were received by Helen Borrego, her smile and energy was so invigorating. She answered all my questions patiently and provided all the information I needed.

The office space itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. And the smell! Make sure they give you the scent that they are using on the lobby, it feels like home!

Then Janely Dones was in charge on showing us around the building. She was so kind and professional, and her patience, and willingness to show us every detail and perk that Indigo has to offer convinced us on the spot and made us applied literally next day.

From the first interaction to the final paperwork, they went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. I'd like to commend both of them for providing us with truly exceptional and upstanding service. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us went above and beyond our expectations. We greatly appreciate their efforts and the positive impact they had on our experience.
