I recently visited Banyan Coffee Co. for the first time and was immediately impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took the time to explain the different coffees on offer. I decided to try the Barrel Aged Cold Brew, which was to die for. The coffee was rich and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness from the barrel aging. I also tried the breakfast burrito, which was absolutely delicious. The burrito was filled with eggs, cheese, bacon, and avocado, and it was perfectly cooked. In addition to the great coffee and food, Banyan Coffee Co. has a really nice atmosphere. The shop is small and cozy, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. There's also a small retail area where vou can buv coffee beans, mugs, and other coffee-related merchandise. Read moreStopped into Banyan Coffee Co. for the first time and instantly felt at home. I had the Honey Badger and some protein balls—both were smooth, flavorful, and hit just right. The vibe inside gave me major 80s/90s nostalgia in the best way possible—chill, clean, fun, and super comfortable.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and I even got to meet the owner, Abby—she was so friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you could hang out with friends or post up with your laptop and get some work done. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating, plus these cool window seats that open up when the weather’s nice.

A quick google search came up with Banyan, which didn’t seem to have their own store front but roasted here locally and had the ability to order online. We took a chance and I was absolutely impressed with the quality. Our coffee was roasted the day we got it which was incredible. We typically brew with a Chemex, Hario V60, or Aeropress, all of which produced excellent coffee with the Kenya and Ethiopia that we bought. We will definitely be ordering...
