Placed an online order Saturday 6/28 and arrived at 11 to the drive thru. Waited about 15 minutes in line, which was no big deal since there were about 5 cars ahead of me. Pulled up to the window and was handed my order. Moved from the window to pull over and check my order and was missing a wrap and both hash browns that had been ordered. Parked and went inside where I informed an associate who took my order back. Waited another 15 mins and then asked to speak to a manager who informed me that they were others ahead of me and they were short staffed. I said I understood but that I had already been waiting half an hour and that my order had been incorrect to begin with. I was then informed that the staff was new and I stated the order was on the bag slip so I wasn’t sure what the problem was. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and told me that if I couldn’t be patient she would call the cops. She then proceeded to shout to her employees to stop all orders and make mine priority. A young man came over and asked what my order had been and I explained it to him. He said he would handle it. After a few minutes I heard her asking them did you triple check that the order is correct? I was then handed my order. I checked it again and this time realized that I was missing 2 wraps. I called the manager back over who then informed me that she had been working 19 days in a row and she “wasn’t doing this” over wraps. That this wasn’t a 5 star restaurant, it was Dunkin Donuts. I asked for a refund and she said she would need my phone to see the app that I had placed the order on. I went and got my phone and went back in where she advised that she would handle my refund after the customers in line because “they were there before me”. I waited and when I got to the register she stated that she would need my card. I went back out and got my card and again went in and waited in line. As I was standing in line other customers told me that I should get her name and call corporate. I advised them that she wouldn’t give it to me but the young man that remade my order had told me. She then yelled over the customers in line back to me to stop talking to her customers to which another customer said to her “just stop. You’re doing too much. You shouldn’t be acting like this as a manager.” That customer then threatened to leave if she didn’t stop acting how she was. I finally got up and received the receipt for my refund. This was at 11:55. All of that nonsense took an hour and I still left without my order. This was the first time I have been to this store and I will never return. Read moreI went to the dunkin' Donuts as I was outside trying to get my app to come up I had employees approach me over and over harassing me there was no customers in the parking lot nor in the store I stopped my car before going up to the drive-thru not blocking the walkway not blocking the doors and there's no sign saying that you cannot stop here I didn't want to go up to the drive-thru until I got my app up I wasn't sitting there but just a couple of minutes when I was approached by a gentleman and I told him what I was doing and then within 2 minutes here comes a girl with a bad attitude and I told her I was trying to get my app up as I told the gentleman and I asked them to please stop coming up to my car and then I was told by the girl that she would not wait on me that I was not allowed to purchase anything there when really they should have been outside cleaning that store up and getting ready for their customer flow not worrying that I'm parked there for a moment getting my app up I have went to the site for a long time and always had issues I will not support a company that hires people and allows people to harass customers loyal customers at that these people were very young and very immature and obviously didn't have the right amount of training as I run a company myself and would never allow such to happen these people need to be terminated or trained properly obviously this managers had a lot of issues with keeping good employees in this dunkin' Donuts as I have had many of issues and try to overlook them but this was the last straw that's her employees are out there harassing me taking pictures and recording my car like they have nothing better to do which is a safety issue I could have been that person to do something really bad to one of them something else they are not teaching in this store it's safety you don't keep approaching someone's vehicle with a harsh attitude and not knowing how to talk to people with proper customer service this was harassment and poor customer service as I will be filing harassment on the store I have tried to reach out to the manager with no contact back nothing I didn't expect just seeing how the employees are lets me know how...
Read moreJust spent the last 25 minutes at this Dunkin’ location.. at first I pulled up to the window and waited to be greeted. 5-7 minutes had passed by and no one came to address that I was even there. After almost 10 minutes someone came onto the speaker after I started to say hello repeatedly. I gave her my order about 3/4 times and she still couldn’t get it right. Heard someone else yelling all in the background. The cashier who was helping me told me to drive forward because she couldn’t hear. Upon pulling up to the window she opens it and I can see her coworker who was yelling apparently they were arguing. Found it super unprofessional of her coworker to continue the arguing while I drove up to the window and while I was trying to order there at the window as well. She put in my order and I paid. Waited about another 5-7 minutes and she came to the window with my strawberry dragonfruit refresher at this point I thought she was there with my entire order. She closes the window again and I can hear them arguing from outside the window. Another 5 minutes goes by she comes out with my coffee she’s feeling the sides of the cup and proceeds to tell me to try my coffee and tell her if it’s hot if not she will make another pot. I put my hands onto the cup and it was the coldest coffee I’ve ever been served in my life. Mind you I go to Dunkin everyday maybe even twice a day sometimes. I just took the coffee and she closed the window once more after about another 5 minutes of waiting I was over it I decided to drive off because it was just getting frustrating at that point. About 25 minutes at the window I have no wake up wrap. A cup of cold coffee just wow! I’m super disappointed and can say for certain I will NEVER be going back to this location again. So...
